SCHEDULE 'A' PART-IX (MISC B/R AND E/M WORKS)

S&F LED light fittings 80 Watt LED having system efficiency 140 lumen per watt, made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing having a LED life with LM70B50 criteria 100000 burning hours with in built surge protection of 4 Kv, CCT 5700 K, and IK07 rating THD < 10%, CCT 5700 K, CRI 70 with IP 65 Potted driver 440 V Operations for 8 Hrs, with and including mounting brackets, clamps, nuts, bolts, washers for fixing etc. complete all as specified and directed. (Make: Wipro Cat No LH21-122-060-57-XX, 80 Watt or equivalent model in the makes given in Appendix 'C').

S&F LED Street light fitting 60 watt 230 Volt AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminium housing and heat resistance cover complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistance including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection, all accessories including providing and connection with and including copper conductor flexible cord of suitable cross sectional area of required length from ceiling rose to connector block of fitting complete including testing on completion all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Make: Philips Cat No. BRP032 LED60 CW SLR GR PSU or Crompton Cat No. TRP-409-60-57-SL-GL-NSG or Bajaj Cat No ENXT P54L WH CR PC SD or equivalent model in the makes given in Appendix 'C').

S&F LED Street light fitting 35/ 36 watt 230 Volt AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminium housing and heat resistance cover complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistance including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection, all accessories including providing and connection with and including copper conductor flexible cord of suitable cross sectional area of required length from ceiling rose to connector block of fitting complete including testing on completion all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. S&F Street light brackets made out of 40 mm dia GI light grade pipe duly bend by hot forging after filling of sand of length 1.50 metre including two pairs of MS flat iron strip 35 mm x 4 mm clamp of suitable size with necessary GI nuts, bolts 75 mm long 12 mm dia - 4 Nos with flat washers 3 mm thick - 4 Nos including painting with aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer to the MS clamps and bracket etc. complete and fixing on walls / poles complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Distribution board double door sheet metal enclosure, factory made, fixed inside in wall nitches, for mounting MCB's 230 Volt with bus bar with front openable cover single pole and neutral 6 way, IP 43 protection, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MCB SPN 20 Amp rating 240 volts 10 KA,'C' curve, in the MCB DB complete with connection, testing and commissioning, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6.3 mm thick, buried vertically in ground (Earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below normal ground level and top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below ground level), connected with and including galvanised earth lead wire 4.0 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts & check nuts and washers etc; GI pipe 15 mm dia medium grade for protection of G.I earth lead wire, both to be provided to the extent of 7.5 metres, all as shown on electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR-2009 Part-I, other end connected to electrical main switch board (inside the bldg) GI protection pipe buried in ground, laid under floors/plinths or fixed on walls or concealed in walls etc; with provision of mixture of charcoal dust & common salt packed upto minimum 150 mm all around the earth plate , including PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 earth pit chamber with M.S angle iron frame, precast reinforced 1: 2 : 4 type B-1 cover with locking arrangement, with G.I 20 mm dia light grade pipe and M.S funnel with wire mesh for watering arrangement, including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of strata & testing on completion, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Punned thickness will be considered for payment purpose.

Supply and fix sub class B brick well burnt, laid breadth-wise along the length of cable laid in trenches over sand cushion laid for UG cable protection, complete all as directed.

Supplying, laying, jointing, testing & commissioning LT Cables, 1100 volts grade, XLPE insulated, armoured & PVC sheathed with stranded aluminium conductor, heavy duty conforming to IS 7098 Part I, ISI marked to be laid in trenches or fixed along the poles or drawn through GI pipes, laid under floors, road etc., fixed concealed in walls, encased in GI pipe complete all as specified and directed of following sizes:-

Cross sectional area 3 ½ core 50 sq.mm.

Cross sectional area 3 ½ core 35 sq.mm.

Cross sectional area 4 core 25 sq.mm.

S & F Thermo plastic street light junction box of size 240 x 130 x 95 mm, top hinged or equivalent with and including MCB SP 6 Amp 'C' curve mounted on din rail inside the box and connecting terminal 4 way, fixed on steel street light pole with and including MS nuts bolt and MS clamps -1 No of size 40 mm x 4 mm thick, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cutting through existing bituminous road / PCC floor/ hard standing of approximate size 45 cm x 45 cm depth along length for laying of GI tubing / RCC pipe for encasing of cable and repairing the disturbed road surface by filling excavated materials and top 200 mm depth filled with and including PCC 1:3:^ type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates and finish fair and even, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F LED street light fitting 70 Watt capacity separate individual peanut plated Lens and aluminium reflectors housing should be made of LM6 Pressure die cast aluminium housing with optical cover should be only toughened glass, impact resistance > IK07/ IK08, IP protection not less than IP-65/ IP66, protection should be class I, vibration should be as per IEC-60598, product standard IS-10322 / IEC-60598, all the component such as driver, surge protection should also be of same make, driver should be moulded type with operating voltage should be 140 V - 270 V, driver frequency 50 Hz, power factor > 0.9, lumen output should not be less than 120 lumen / watt and luminaire driver kit should be moulded type weather proof construction with separate surge protection device 4/ 5 ka rating and separate connector block for termination of incoming cable connection all as specified and directed. Dismantling existing LT steel tubular poles of any type and size carefully including street light fittings etc. and handing over the same to AGE E/M store yard for keeping in safe custody for reuse including demolition of PCC foundation and coping and making good disturbed ground, all as specified and directed.

S&F MCCB 4 Pole 32 Amp 415 V, 50 Hz with rupturing capacity 16 KA thermal magnetic release, adjustable over load (0.7 to 1) and short circuit protection IS 13947-2/IEC 60947-2, fixed in existing panel in Sub Station for taking connection to proposed LT Panel No. 1 at Sub Station, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 3 core PVC insulated and sheathed 1100 Volts grade multicore cable 1.50 sq.mm with stranded copper conductor cable drawn inside the pole where required with making necessary holes on bottom and top of pole from looping box to security light fitting, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning weather, dust and vermin proof, outdoor type, floor mounted, CPRI Approved type tested LT feeder pillar box of suitable size, factory fabricated, totally enclosed, front opening type, suitable for 415 Volts, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply, IP-54 class protection, made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet metal outer and 1.60 mm thick for inner compartments conforming to IS: 8623, panel shall be of suitable size for housing bus bars, LT switchgears and measuring instruments and duly powder coated after seven tank process on both sides, frame made out of MS angle iron frame made out of 50x50x6 mm cut to size, welded, bent to shape, cubical fabricated truly to box type, hinged panel board opening handles, locking arrangements, provided with sufficient circular holes at the bottom sheet for entry of plated cable glands and aluminium lugs suitable for incoming and outgoing cables, provided with PVC rubber bushes to spare holes, including internal wiring in the panel with PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade IS 694-2010 marked or PVC sleeved copper strips of appropriate sizes but not less than 2.50 Sqmm, including provision of PCC platform and grouting panel legs in PCC block so that the bottom of panel shall be at minimum 45 cm above ground level, all accessories prewired complete with danger notice board with and including the following controls and accessories:-

(a) Aluminium bus bar 100 Amp capacity for Phase-R-Y-B and for neutral mounted on epoxy based insulator installed with coloured sleeves - 01 Set (3 Phase and neutral)
