Painting of Adm block Officers Mess and Combined building

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade: Old work (One or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm) (Material should be used of ISI brand only).

Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour.

Repair to plaster thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5sq meter in including cutting the proper shape racking out joint and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls completes, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground all complete as per direction of Engineer- in- charge.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and reparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.
