Providing and fixing uPVC Cabin comprising of uPVC frame 67mmx62mm, sash and mullion 67mmx78.4mm (wherever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60+/- 0.2mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape and size according to uPVC profile), uPVC extruded glazing beads of 29.5mmx16mm / appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket, fasteners for fixing frame to wall / floor. Profile of frame and sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, mulion shall be also be fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixing hardware, pipeline, drainage of water etc.. After fixing frame the gap between the frame and adjacent finished wall / floor shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealant all complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. The material to be provided for partition wall panels shall be of 8-12mm thick PVC board for lower-half of height of the partition wall and 5mm thick frosted glass on the upper-half of the partition wall. Together with cost of scaffolding, all materials, labour, tools, plants, transportation etc. to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing uPVC Door comprising of uPVC frame 67mmx115mm, sash and mullion (wherever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60+/- 0.2mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape and size according to uPVC profile), uPVC extruded glazing beads of 29.5mmx16mm / appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket, stainless steel hinges, locking facilities. Profile of frame and sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, mulion shall be also be fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixing hardware, etc.. filling with weather proof silicon sealant all complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. The material to be provided for partition wall panels shall be of 8-12mm thick PVC board for lower-half of height of the partition wall and 5mm thick frosted glass on the upper-half of the partition wall. Together with cost of scaffolding, all materials, labour, tools, plants, transportation etc. to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Steel reinforcement for RCC work including straightening, cutting, bending,placing in position and binding all complete etc. all as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge etc. including cost of all materials, labour, taxes, tools, scaffolding to the required safety standard.

Provding and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete in foundation, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinfocement in proportion 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size derived from natural sources.

Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300x300mm (thickness to be specified by manufaturer), of 1st quality conforming to IS:15622, of approved make,in all colours, shades, execept white, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sq.m includng grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete.

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) of 40mm nominal diameter pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Enginneer in Charge including cost of scaffolding to the required safety standard, making necessary holes for passing the pipe line through the walls, making good of the holes with cement mortar etc. complete. including cost of providing necessary scaffolding, safety belts etc. to the required safety standard.

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) female brass threaded Adapter 50mm. including cost of providing necessary scaffolding, safety belts etc. to the required safety standard.

Providing and fixing Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) of 50mm nominal diameter pipes, for waste water, including all plain PVC fittings like socket, elbows, tees etc. , including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement, joining the new and testing of joints complete as per direction of Enginneer in Charge including cost of scaffolding to the required safety standard, making necessary holes for passing the pipe line through the walls, making good of the holes with cement mortar etc. complete. including cost of providing necessary scaffolding, safety belts etc. to the required safety standard.

Installation of Eye Shower equipment by grouting the base with fastener / bolts to proper line and level including providing connection with inlet and outlet water pipes as per direction and instructions of Engineer-in-charge etc. complete to ensure proper functioning of the equipment. (Eye shower will be issued by the department).

Making connection of GI distribution branch with GI main of size 25 to 40mm nominal bore by providing end fixing Tee, including cutting and threading the pipe etc. complete. including cost of providing necessary scaffolding, safety belts etc. to the required safety standard.

Providing and fixing on wall face unpasticise riged PVC rain water pipe confirming to IS:5382, leaving 10mm gap for thermal expansion, single socketed 110mm dia pipe. including cost of providing necessary scaffolding, safety belts etc. to the required safety standard.

Providing and fixing on wall face unpasticise - PVC moulded fitting / accessories for unplasticised riged PVC rain water pipe confirning to IS:13592 Type-A, including jointed with seal ring confirming to IS:5382, leaving 10mm gap for thermal expansion of Coupler size 110mm. including cost of providing necessary scaffolding, safety belts etc. to the required safety standard.

Providing and fixing on wall face unpasticise - PVC moulded fitting / accessories for unplasticised riged PVC rain water pipe confirning to IS:13592 Type-A, including jointed with seal ring confirming to IS:5382, leaving 10mm gap for thermal expansion of Bend of size 110x 87.5°. including cost of providing necessary scaffolding, safety belts etc. to the required safety standard.

Cutting holes upto 15x15cm in RCC floors and roofs for passing drain pipe etc. and repairing the holes after insertion of drain pipe etc. with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand : 4 stone aggreagtes of 20mm) including finishing complete so as to make leak proof, including cost of providing necessary scaffolding, safety belts etc. to the required safety standard.

Note-1: General Notes 1.For their own interest, contractors are advised to inspect the site with prior permission before quoting their rates. 2. All the dismantled /demolished materials shall be dumped at one place as decided by the department within 150mtr lead. 3. All the samples of materials which are to be used shall be approved by the department in advance. 4. The contractor shall comply with the provision of the Payment of Wages act 5. Rates quoted shall be inclusive of all cost of materials, labour, carriage, taxes, GST, labourcess, water charges, elctricity charges, signorage charges, wastages etc.. 6. Rates quoted shall be excluding the amount of EPFO and ESIC contributions. EPFO and ESIC contributions are reimbursable on production of valid proof of payment made by the contractor as per CPWD norms.
