Providing and fixing anodised aluminium grill (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) of approved design/pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window frame with C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws @ 200 mm centre to centre, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminium standard section around the opening, all complete as per requirement and direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Only weight of grill to be measured for payment).
Drilling suitable holes in reinforced or plain cement concrete with power driven drill machine to a minimum depth of 100mm upto 200mm in RCC beams, lintels, columns and slabs to introduce steel bars for sunshades/balconies including fixing the steel bars in position using epoxy resin anchor grout of approved make but excluding the cost of reinforcement, all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing 12mm thick wall panelling superior quality pressure treated edge glued finger jointed RUBCO huat rubber wood boarding tongued and grooved fixed over rubber wood frame work/rubber wood runner of size 50mm X25mm fixed at 300 mm c/c horizontal and 600 mm c/c vertically by secret nailing with bras screw duly fixed to wall i/n provision of design rubber wood beading on top and bottom termination of wood boarding and finishing with two caot cupsa pu polish over a coat of honey/natural colour wood filler putty etc i/c preparation and applying sand paper and finishing to glossy mat finish.
