Earth work deploying earth moving machinery for desilting channel and forming bund on either side and depositing the earth on banks including jungle clearance etc complete.

Earth work excavating and depositing on bank with initial lead of 10 m & initial lift of 2m in Hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders SS.20B

Providing and placing Plain Cement Concrete M10 grade using crusher broken hard coarse aggregate (well graded) of nominal maximum size of 40mm and downgraded to I.S specified grading using crushed stone sand(m-sand) (To achieve the specified characteristic strength of 10N/mm2 in 28 days) and mixing the ingredients in approved mixer including dewatering of the placement site by baling / pumping and diverting wherever necessary, placing concrete in layers and vibrating, water curing, finishing the surface with all leads and lifts etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officers. (without vibration)

Supplying and erecting water tight steel centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting upto 3.29M heig ht for plain surface such as RCC slab, vertical slabs, side slabs of RCC works with all cross bracings using mild steel B.G. 1Ogauge sheets of size 90Cm x60cmx 10 gauge stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x25mmx3mm for boardinq laid over silver oak(country wood) joists of size 10cmx6.5 spaced at about 90cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre to centre etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Eng ineer incharge of work (The retrieved materials should be taken back by the contractor). The payment should be made after the concrete is laid.

Providing batching and placing in position Plain Cement concrete of M-15 Graded mix using broken hard granite coarse aggregate (well graded) using 60% nominal maximum size of 40mm metal and 40% of nominal maximum size of 20mm and down graded to I.S specified grading ( to achieve the specified characteristic strength of 15N / mm² in 28 days) with a minimum ceement content of 288kg/m³ of concrete and mixing the incredients in approved batching mixer and transmission by pumping and delivered at variable heights and depths at site including pouring concrete, adding any ISI approved plasticiser as required including dewatering of the placement site by baling/pumping and diverting wherever necessary placing in layers and watering, curing, finishing the surface with all leads and lifts etc., complete in all respects so as to attain the profile and strength as specified in the approved drawings and specification etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed ny the Engineer incharge of work.

Providing and placing in position of Reinforced Cement concrete M20 grade for works with well graded hard aggregates and the nominal maximum of coarse aggregate of 20mm gauge weigh batching the ingredients and mixing in approved mixers/batching plant using crushed stone sand (m-sand) (to produce concrete of the specified characteristic strength of 20 N/mm2 at 28days) including dewatering of placement site by bailing/pumping and by diverting wherever necessary laying the concrete in layers and in bays, Vibrating compacting and finishing the surface so as to attain the profile and strength specified in the approved drawing and excluding the cost component of providing rigid and smooth centering and shuttering wherever necessary for various depths below ground level and various heights above ground level as per the direction of the Engineer complete in all respect but excluding the cost and placing of reinforced grill in position complying with standard specification

From Below ground level 1.50 m upto ground level

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position of ribbed steel bars of various diameters for all reinforced concrete works, including cost of rods and binding wire, labour charges for cutting the rods to the required lengths, bending, tying and fixing in position for various depths and heights below and above ground level complete as directed by the Engineer complying with specification.

Providing construction contraction and lift joints in concrete including placing mastic/Tar pad of 20mm thick (1.04 kg of asphalt and 0.32m2 mastic pad required for 1 Rmt.) at vertical joints in side of wall in required size as specified in the drawings and specification as directed by the Engineer complying with standard specification. ( for cut & cover )

Providing construction,contraction and lift joins in masonry, concrete including cutting,jointing the pvc water stopper of 230m width and placing mastic pad of 20mm thick (1.04 kg of asphalt & 0.23 m2 of masticpad required for 1 Rmt)at the joints below the water stopperafter cutting to the required size including the filling the joints with mastic filling as specified in the drawingas directed by the engineer coplying with standard specifications. drawing and specification as directed by the departmental officers. (for cut & cover)

Supplying Mild Steel grills for windows, ventilators etc., including priming coat as per SOR Item No.M-0196

Painting new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide priming coat in all floors excluding cost of priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works)

Refilling with excavated soil (other than sand) complying with standard specification for filling in foundation and basement.
