REPAIRS/MAINTENANCE OF VARIOUS TYPE OF PUMP-MOTORS, CONTROL PANELS AND ITS ALLIED WORKS AT ZAKHAMA MILITARY STATION UNDER AGE(I) ZAKHAMA.

Attending emergency breakdown of water supply installations where directed by disconnection of electric motor, all Water and Electric Connections of horizontal multi-stage centrifugal Pump of Capacity 100 HP installed at Pump Houses and taking out the same including transportation to MES store yard for repairing and transportation of serviceable pump set from MES store yard to pump house and installation the same in original position and re-connecting all water and electric Supply and Testing, commissioning complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item serial No 01 here-in-before but for 50 HP centrifugal pump set complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item serial No 01 here-in-before but for 10 HP centrifugal pump set complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item serial No 01 here-in-before but for 5 HP centrifugal pump set complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete servicing, greasing of the horizontal pump multi-stage centrifugal Pumps of Capacity 100 HP , Make :Kirloskar, Model :RKB-50/15L , involving the following operations :- (i) Transporting the defective pump to contractor's workshop/nearby repair workshop located at Dimapur for repairs as decided by the Engr-in-Charge and carrying out the needful repairs including replacement of defective/unserviceable parts. (ii) Painting the repaired pump externally with two coat of synthetic enamel paint of shade and writing the SM & MES No as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (iii) Transporting the repaired pump to MES store yard/workshop and carrying out necessary tests in presence of the Engineer-in-Charge to establish functional ability/desired performance of the repaired pump to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note: For item No "1" New spare parts if required for repair of pump will be paid under supply only under respective item No 9 to 28 of the Sch "A".

All as per item serial No 05 here-in-before but for 50 HP centrifugal pump set complete all as specified and as directed. Note: For item No 6 to 8 seperate parts like bearings, washers, O rings, gland etc deemed to be include in quoted rate.

M&L for lifting of submersible non clogging pumpset 5 HP capacity with motor from open well for repair/rewinding after taking out burnt winding wire and re-winding of same with suitable size of super enamelled copper winding wire with necessary insulation and re-installing the same by proper assembling with connected pumpset, testing commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for re-winding of 100 HP Centrifugal motor after disconnecting motor from pump, transporting the defective motor to repairs workshop located at Dimapur, taking out burnt winding wire of field coil and re-winding of field coil with suitable size of super enameled copper winding wire with necessary insulation materials including two coat of synthetic enamel paint of shade and writing the SM & MES No and re-fixing motor, pump on frame with new nuts bolts etc and necessary connection to the terminal complete all as directed. Note: seperate parts like DE and NDE bearings, greasing, oiling, etc deemed to be include in quoted rate.

supply, install, testing and commissioning, single phase , 240 Volt, 0.5 HP inline water Booster pump , suction and delivery size 25x 25mm, , Head range 18 meter, Discharge 1000 LPH, insulation class B, IP-44 , fully automatic, having thermal overload protector, Y strainer and tank 0f capacity 2 liter etc complete including taking out old unserviceable by disconnecting all electric and water connection and re-connection the same and testing as per direction of engr-in-charge . Make Kirloskar, Model :K booster, or equivalent make of KSB/ Lubi/ Havellsetc.

supply, install, testing and commissioning, single phase , 240 Volt, 3 HP Horizontal open well submersible pump set , delivery size 50 mm, , Head range 16-56 meter @ 600-300 LPM, shaft material S.S, Body cast iron, etc complete including taking out old unserviceable by disconnecting all electric and water connection complete all as specified and as directed. Make Kirloskar JOS-330 or equivalent make of KSB/ Lubi/ Havells etc.

supply, install, testing and commissioning, single phase 0.5 HP Self Priming Monoblock pump having discharge 55 LPM @ 45 meter head including taking out old unserviceable by disconnecting all electric and water connection complete all as specified and as directed. Make Kirloskar, Model :JALRAAJ ULTRA 0.5 HP or equivalent make of KSB/ Lubi/ Havellsetc.

S&F in repairs, 3 HP, single phase DOL starter , IP-54 in sheet metal enclosure nad complete all as speicied and directed. Make : Havells, or equivalent of HPL/ L&T etc

Repairs / Maintenance of of 100 HP star delta starter by replacement of Aux contactor and relay as per existing capacity and suitable for fixing in existing starter including removing all electric connections and re-connection the same and testing complete all as speicied and directed. Note : Cost of contactor and relay is deemed to be include in the quoted rate.

S&F FRLS PVC insulated single core unsheathed multistrand copper conductor for voltage grade 1100 V of size 50 Sqmm including taking out old conductor of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F GI tubing 25 mm bore, medium grade with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors including taking up/down old steel tubing with fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair brass spray nozzles 1/4'' , thread type, all as per existing and all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair soft- starter suitable for 100 HP Pump, Voltage range : 200V-440VAC, IP-20, with motor protections & inbuit by pass contactor ,having protection functions for Motor overload, phase loss, excess start timer, phase sequence, Motor thermistor I/P, Power circuit fault, supply frequency including making all neccesary connections etc and all as specified and directed.Make BCH Cat No ASAC-1/075/4-1 or equivalent of L&T/semence etc
