Hire charges for the earth moving machineries such as poclain Ex-120 mounted over a float platform used for Removal of floating materials, debris, hyacinth, weeds, etc from the river course /canal/tank and along the banks and depositing on the banks by deploying heavy earth moving machinery being mounted over float platform, including hire charges for float platform, poclain hire charges for float platform, poclain 120, etc. including cost of skilled labours for assisting at certain critical hooks & corners, other labours, tools and plants, fuel charges, transporting charges, handling charges, shifting charges, welding charges, etc complete in un hygenic conditions as shown by the departmental officers.
