SURF BOARD Providing, and fixing of Surf Board of size 910mm (Length) x 860mm (Width) x 1400mm.(Height) fabricated with a center pipe of 100mm Nominal Bore shall be made from “c” class G.I. pipe. The sleeve pipe shall be made of 125mm OD seamless pipe with thickness of 5mm and bolted to main frame with M10 SS bolts. The bottom support shall be welded of M.S. plate of Ø 250 mm & 10mm thickness. The handle frame of 25NB shall be made from “c” class G.I. pipe The paddle frame of 50NB shall be made from “c” class G.I. pipe supported with 70X8mm bend M.S. flat and can be replaceable. The foundation to be used for fixing should be a structure and shall be made from center pipe of G.I. of 80NB “c” class welded with M.S. round plate of Ø250 mm & 10mm thick. Main pipe shall be supported with 25 mm X 25mm M.S. angles of 3 mm thickness and 20mm x 40mm CRC square pipes of 3mm thickness. Bushes shall be used of 70mm Outer Diameter with 5mm thickness. The footrests shall be made from Aluminum casting material of size 320mm X270mm X5mm. For support to footrest of 200mmX250mm with 3mm thickness M.S. Plate shall be used. Closing Caps shall be made up of high quality Fiber reinforced Plastic material. The pins to be used shall be made up of Ø35 mm SAE 8620 bright material. The bearing shall be used are of “6007zz” permanent lubricated sealed bearing of reputed brand (SKF/FAG). High tensile steel with galvanized nut bolts shall be used for assembly. The cerclips shall be used for assembly of A34.The powder coating shall be done with Pure Polyester powder of Ackzonoble or Berger with 60 to 70 micron thickness, all complete as per drawing, design, directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge regarding material, shape of equipment, colour (of metal, seat and pedal), and fixing of equipment etc.

CROSS TRAINER Providing and fixing of Cross trainer of size 1320mm (Length) x 600mm (Width) x 1750mm. (Height) fabricated with the main frame Pipes of 80NB shall be made of “C” Class G.I and pipe with single bend pipe with 250mm radius. The bottom support of M.S. round plate of Ø250 mm & 10mm thick. The Handle Frame shall be made up of 25NB “C” Class G.I. Pipe. The foundation should be used for fixing is a structure and shall be made from center pipe of G.I. pipe of 80 NB “C” class welded with M.S. round plate of Ø250 mm & 10mm thick. Main pipe should be supported with 25 mm X 25mm M.S. angles of 3 mm thickness and 20mm x 40mm and CRC square pipes of 3mm thickness. To build structure bushes to be used which shall be made from M.S.seamless pipe of 60mm OD with 5 mm thickness. THI-CHI SPINNER (2 WHEEL) Providing and fixing of Thi-Chi spinner (2 Wheel) of size 700mm (Length) x 1000mm (Width) x 1280mm (Height) fabricated with a center pipe of 100NB shall be made up of “C” Class G.I. pipe. The handle movement round frame shall be made up from 25 NB “C” class G.I. pipe. The foundation should be used for fixing is a structure and shall be made from center pipe of G.I. of 80 NB “C” class, welded with M.S. round plate of Ø250 mm & 10mm thick. Main pipe shall be supported with 25 mm X 25mm M.S. angles of 3 mm thickness and 20mm x 40mm CRC square pipes of 3mm thickness. SEATED PULLER Providing and fixing of Seated Puller of size 1900mm (Length) x 740mm (Width) x 1920mm. (Height) fabricated with a center pipe is of 100NB shall be made from “C” Class G.I. pipe. Bottom support of M.S. round plate of Ø 250 mm & 10mm thickness shall be welded. All linkages shall be made up of 25NB “C” class G.I. pipe. The handle frame of 32NB “C” class G.I. pipe. The seat frame of 32NB “C” class G.I. pipe, To build structure bushes to be used which shall be made from seamless pipe of 60mm O.D. and 5mm thickness as well as 60mm diameter solid bar bush shall be used. The foundation should be used for fixing is a structure and shall be made from center pipe of G.I. of 80 NB “C” class welded with M.S. round plate of Ø250 mm & 10mm thick. Main pipe shall be supported with 25 mm X 25mm M.S. angles of 3 mm thickness and 20mm x 40mm CRC square pipes of 3mm thickness. Foundation cover Closing Cap shall be made from FRP Material. The seats and Back rests to be fitted on the outer frames shall be made up of M.S. Sheet of size 330 mm X 300 mmX2mm thickness and deep drawn and pressed in tools and dies to have uniform radius of 20 mm with no sharp edges. SIT UP BOARD DOUBLE Providing and fixing of Sit up Board double of size 1760mm (Length) x 1140mm (Width) x 660mm (Height) fabricated with the main frame of 25mm NB shall be made from “C” Class GI pipe. FRP sheet of 3mm thickness shall be moulded on main frame. The remaining frame of the sit up board of 32mm NB shall be made from “C” class GI pipe. The powder coating shall be done with Pure Polyester powder Ackzonoble or Berger Paints with 60 to 70 micron thickness. The foundation shoud be used for fixing is a structure and shall be made from center pipe of G.I. of 80 NB “C” class Welded with M.S. round plate of Ø250 mm & 10mm thick. CHEST PRESS Providing and fixing of Chest Press of size 2000mm (Length) x 710mm (Width) x 2200mm. (Height) fabricated with the center pipe of 100NB shall be made up of “C” Class G.I. pipe. The bottom shall be welded with support of M.S. round plate of Ø250 mm & 10mm thickness. The connecting pipes shall be made up from 25NB “C” class G.I. pipe. The handle frame shall be made up from 32NB “C” class G.I. pipe. To build structure bushes to be used which shall be made from MS seamless pipe of 60mm O.D. and 5mm thickness as well as 60mm diameter solid bar bush shall be used. POMMEL HORSE Providing and fixing of Pommel Horse of size 2150mm (Length) x 800mm (Width) x 800mm. (Height) fabricated with the main frame of 80NB and 50NB shall be made from “C” Class G.I. pipe. The handle frame of 32NB shall be made from “C” Class G.I. pipe. 40mm x 40mm CRC square pipes frame shall be placed on the 25mm x 25mm x3mm M.S. L Angle with 60 x 10m thickness flat should be used for support. Closing Caps shall be made up of high quality Fiber reinforced Plastic material. High tensile steel with galvanized nuts and bolts shall be used for assembly. WAVE SLIDE Rec. Age:- 3-8 yrs, The area:-2.2X6.0 mtr, Safe play area:-3.7 m x 2.1m, Ht :- 3.65m In the mini wave slide the center support is made up of 80 NB pipe. The slide portion is made in Fiberglass reinforced plastic. The thickness of the mini slide is 5mm with proper reinforcement to support the module. The triangular steps of the slide are of 16 SWG and ladder frame is made in 25 NB powder coated GI pipe. The landing support is made up of 25 NB GI pipes. The ladder is designed in such a way there won’t be entrapment of child’s foot while playing. All the sharp edges and corners properly grinded to give smooth finish so that children are not hurt while playing the pure polyester powder coating done on the pipes extends the life of equipments.
