Carting away surplus excavated earth available with in the campus is to be carted to a lead of within 5 KM from site. The rate shall include loading into the tipper/ lorry, transporting and unloading, leveling and the earth scooped by bulldozers grading etc.,complete with all respects complying with relevant standard specification, as directed by the Departmental Officers. Rate to include materials, loading, unloading, transportation, plant and machinery, hire and fuel charges for tools and plants and other incidental charges, royalties, seignorage and taking statutory approvals as necessary to carry out the work as complete with all respects complying with relevant standard specification, as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and Filling with M - sand in foundation and others sub structures for 100mm thick and well watered, rammed and consolidated by power compacter. The rate includes the cost of M sand, compacting with mechanical compactors, labour charges for leveling, loading & Unloading and Transportation charges etc., complete and as per the standard specification.

Supplying and filling of Gravel / Good Earth by lorry in Foundation basement filling and site filling with approved materials excavation from approved quarries and compacted to meet requirement of table 300-1, 300-2 of MORTH, in layers not exceeding 300 mm loose thickness, spreading, breaking clods, removal of roots and other organic materials to the required line, grade and cross-section including watering, spreading by Dozer, grading by motor grader and consolidation by vibratory road roller with desired field density not less than 95% of maximum dry density ,including all lead,lift, loading, unloading, all labour, hire charges of all machineries, Transportation, etc., complete in accordance with MORTH technical specification clause No. 305 and with all other incidental charges and as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge.

Construction of Granular sub-base of 125mm compacted thickness by providing laying, spreading and compacting of Close graded Material conforming to Grading V of Table 400-1 of MORTH clause 401 ,mixing in a Wet Mix Plant of 200 tonne capacity at OMC, carriage of mixed material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller 8-10 tonne to achieve the desired density of 98% including protection of edges of GSB layer, cost of all materials, labour, hire charges of machinery, lighting, guarding, barricading, maintenance of diversion road, loading & unloading, all lead and lift etc., to achieve minimum CBR value of 30%(Compacted Thickness) in accordance with MORTH technical specification clause No. 401 and with all other incidental charges and as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge of work.

Construction of Wet Mix Macadam 250mm compacted thickness in two layers by providing , laying , Paving , and compacting of aggregate gradation satisfying to Table 400-13 of MORTH and satisfying the physical paraeteres as per MORTH Table 400-12, mixing in a Wet Mix Plant of 200 tonne capacity at OMC , carriage of mied material to work site and laid in sensor pavers to the required line and grade as per the drawing and compacted with vibratory roller of 8-10 tonne to achieve the desired density of 98% of Maximum dry density and as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge of work.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1 : 4 : 8 ratio of (1 cement , 4 sand and 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) in foundation and basement including dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers not more than 15 cm thick and consolidation etc. The rate includes the cost of materials, labour charges, lifting charges, loading & Unloading and Transportation etc., complete and as per the standard specification.

Supply and constructing cement concrete solid block masonry work at all levels in cement mortar 1:5 (1 of Cement : 5 of manufactured sand ) using Portland Pozzolana Cement standard size of 400 x 200 mm and 200 mm thick of solid cement concrete with minimum compressive strength of 5 N/Sq.mm.conforming to IS 2185 or equivalent BS and Fly ash conforming to IS : 3812 (Part III)-1966* may be used for part replacement of fine aggregate up to a limit of 20 percent complete and as directed. Supply and Laying flooring with best quality approved colour 18mm thick Flamed Steel Grey Granite Slab for Staircase and Ramp flooring of size not less than 1200 x 600 mm machine cut and set in C.M 1:4 (1 of cement: 4 of manufactured sand) 20 mm thick topped with white cement slurry (for surface contact of the bottom of the granite slab) as per approved pattern, including finishing the joints with matching shade, cement slurry, cutting, edge chamfering and polishing rough, medium, nice and tin-oxide polish.Rate including all materials, labour charges, wastages, necessary lead and lifts, working at all levels, transportaion charges, loading, unloading. preparation of surface, ncessary haccking in RCC surface, cutting to required shape, edging, antiskid grooves,tools and plants, fuel, curing, cleaning, acid wash over finished surface, protection with Gypsum/Pop layer over plastic sheet and removing the same before handing over as complete with all respects complying with relevant standard specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and filling the sunken slab area by BRICK-BATCOBA by adding CICO NO:1 or approved equivalent admixture including applying two coats not less than 2 mm thick of TAPECRETE- Acrylic Polymer Based Waterproof Coating, over the final coat of cement plaster 12 mm thick with cement sand mortar 1:3 mixed with water proofing compound like CICO No.1 at the rate specified in the manufacturer's specification after entire completion of laying pipes, sanitary fittings etc. Rate including all materials, labour charges, wastages with necessary lead and lifts, working at all levels, protecting the laid pipes and sanitary fittings, finishing the surface smooth to receive the top coat of water proofing application etc. as complete with all respects complying with relevant standard specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

i) Including applying two coats not less than 2 mm thick of TAPECRETE- Acrylic Polymer Based Waterproof Coating, over the plastered surface as including final coat of cement plaster 12 mm thick with cement sand mortar 1:3 mixed with approved water proofing compound like CICO No.1 or approved equivalent conforming to IS 2645 at the rate specified by the manufacturer over coated surfacepreparation of surface, finishing, curing etc. all complete at all levels as per manufacturer's specifications and as directed.

TERRACE WATERPROOFING Supply and laying water proofing treatment for terrace covering the following order and consisting of following operations.i) Making ' V ' grooves at the construction joints of size 20 x 20 mm and filling the "V" Groove with CICO No. 3 Quick Setting Waterproofing Compound admixed with cement.The roof slab / gutter slab shall be thoroughly cleaned to remove debris and dust, and applying 2 coats not less than 2 mm of polymer based Elastomeric Coating like TAPECRETE - RTU compound and cured for 7 days and followed by a layer of 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 admixed with CICO NO:1 (or) other approved equivalent make shall be spread over the prepared surface. The gap between brick bat shall be filled with cement mortar 1:4 admixed with waterproofing compound like CICO NO:1 or approved equivalent afterwards curing shall be carried out for two days a final layer of cement mortar of 1:3 admixed with water proofing compound like CICO NO:1 or approved equivalent make shall be laid to a thickness of 20 mm and draw a false line of 300 mm x 300 mm.

On the spread mortar provide and lay well burnt brick bats (COBA) to a average minimum thickness of 55 mm (i.e.. minimum 40 mm thickness at lower end and 70 mm thickness at higher end). An additional layer of brick bat (COBA) shall be laid over the existing brick bat COBA surface if required to get the required gradient for adequate drainage giving a slope of approximately 1 in 120, which will be measured separately under relevant item. The parapet side wall / gutter wall shall be thoroughly cleaned to remove all dust particles and a layer of 15 mm thick C.M 1:3 shall be laid to a height of about 300 mm above the top of the terrace/Gutter slab on the Parapet / Gutter side wall admixed with water proofing compound like the CICO NO:1 or approved equivalent make. Providing, supplying, mixing, applying two coats of ready to use two component Acrylic polymer modified cement based, flexible, water proofing slurry like or approved equivalent to a thickness of 2 mm over the plastered surface of operation as per manufacturer's specification and as directed.(Plan area of Terrace only will be measured for payment )

Supplying and laying of Top of roof with Solar reflective tiles of size 305 x 305 x 7mm thick of approved quality and colour laid in Cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three crushed stone sand) 12mm thick and pointed with tile grout (Nitotile Grout or equivalent) and cement in the ratio of 1:3 for joint, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works)

Supplying and laying Tamin Paver Block with pattern 80mm thick, any colour of approved sample as per designed Pattern / drawing made of M40 concrete - 80 mm thick including transportation of the blocks to the site preparation of surface including supplying and filling with manufactured sand to 50 mm thick, levelling and compacting with plate vibrator and laying of the inter locking paving blocks with sand binding and final compaction with plate vibrator of 3 tonne capacity finishing the surface including cutting of blocks at the edges including all labour, materials, transportation, shifting etc., complete, as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Manufacturing, Supplying and Fixing of Stainless Steel Hand rails for staircase using 50mm dia 304L Grade Stainless Steel pipe of 1.60mm thick at required locations to a height of 900mm from finished floor level welded to 38mm dia Stainless Steel pipe post of 1.00mm thick as vertical at 900mm centre with 2 Nos. of 25mm dia intermediate horizontal stainless steel pipe of 1.60mm thick in between. The vertical pipe has to be welded to the 100 X 100 X 6mm MS base plate encased in the base concrete. The rate is inclusive of all materils, Labour charges for cutting, bending, welding, grinding, polishing, Transportation, electrical charges, etc. complete with all respects complying with relevant standard specification, as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Manufacturing, Supplying and Fixing of Stainless Steel Hand rails for Terrace Drying area using vertical post of 100 x 100 x 6mm tube post, 100 x 200 x 4mm post and top horizontal railings with 50 x 50 x 2mm thick pipe with middle and bottom railings of 32 x 32 x 2mm thick fixed with SS plate of 50 x 4mm thick made up of 304L Grade Stainless Steel pipe.The rate is inclusive of all materils, Labour charges for cutting, bending, welding, grinding, polishing, Transportation, electrical charges, etc. complete with all respects complying with relevant standard specification, as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Foamed PVC Door frame : Specification: Providing factory made Pre Laminated FPVC Door Frame of the size 105 X 40mm with a wall thickness of 10mm made out of extruded rigid FPVC profile mitre jointed with 6nos of 5mm long screw. The door frame shall be fixed to the wall by using 80 mm long screws through the frame frame with the help of PVC Fasteners of 3 nos. to be provided for each vertical member, GI stiffners of ( U channel of size 29 X 9, 1mm, 150mm long) - 3 Nos at hinge point, Frame Reinforcement of (U' GI channel of size 46 X 22 X 0.6mm), bottom tie rod of ('U' GI channel Size of 15 X 15 X 1mm ), etc., Complete complying with the standard Specification. the door frame should be got approved from the Executive Engineer before use on work

Providing of 35mm thick factory made pre - laminated ABS ( Acrolynitrile Butadiene Styrene) Door Shutter moulded indifferent desings consisting of all round frame made out of water proof solid PVC bar of size 20 X 32 mm reinforced by 32 X 32 mm 2 nos ., for vertical made out of LVL core material of 32 mm thick high density craft paper honey comb board, sandwiched on both sides with pre- laminated ABS sheets thickness of 1.5mm PVC edge bending of size 0.45mm on the vertical sides. hardware made out of steels coated butterfly hinges - 3nos for each shutter and ISI make SS round lock Complete complying with the standadrd Specification . the door shutter and frame should be got approved from the Departmental Engineer before on use.

Providing and fixing welded M.S. grills to the window openings,along the details as per drawing with necessary screws, bolts and fixed with necessary M.S. lugs embedded in masonry with C.C. 1:2:4 and finishing the surface neatly. Rate shall welding and consumables, etc. complete, as directed. Design of grills and the size of members to be used shall be got approval before put into use & as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing RCC precast slab manhole cover SFRC of 50mm thick and required size 600mm x 600mm made in CM 1:3 Ratio both direction including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour and transportation etc complete complying with standard specification.

Supply and fixing RCC precast tank of required size 50mm thk wall and 600mm dia with height 600mm of 4mm thick weld mesh 75 mm spacing on both direction, and M45 Grade concrete including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour and transportation etc complete complying with standard specification.
