Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundation, etc area not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading in layersnot exceeding 25cm, levelling, watering and well ramming as in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work using locally available first class bricks sub class 'B' bricks (old size brick), straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, laid on edge, in floors, drains, etc bedded and jointed in cement mortar (1:6) and pointed in cement mortar (1:3) complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on other than fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces and finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not other wise specifically provided complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1, (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in lintel upto 1.5m span, cills and other similar band, plinth cours, parapet, railing upto 60cm height, coping kneelers etc including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick, plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 40 mm thick, plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in floors and finishing the surfaces even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing the rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for non-skid, ceramic, coloured rustic tiles 8 to 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc, including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding in cement mortar (1:6) and set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for renewing cement concrete tiles in patches, area n exceeding 5 Sqm. Including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding in cement mortar (1:6) and removing and cleaning old tiles, preparing beds and laying or setting, jointing and pointing new or old tiles complete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for pre-polished colour machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles of size 25cmx25cmx22mm thick, as in floors etc, including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding in cement mortar (1:6) and set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in grey cement and pigments to match with the shade of tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for prepolished coloured Chequered cement concrete tiles of size 25cm x 25cm x 20mm thick, as in floors etc, including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) and set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in grey cement and pigments to match with the shade of tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in any description including cutting reinforcement as required to facilitate demolition of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete louvres and jallies of 25mm thick (measured solid), type B0, (1:2:4) (12.5mm graded aggregate) including all mouldings as set in cement mortar Set in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for precast reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover slab of drain, etc and set in cement mortar (1:4) including necessary form, moulds, etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for TMT 10mm dia, and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hoping ends for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for mild steel angle posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc flat iron fillets ( for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290, Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only chain link mild steel galvanised fencing any size or type 4.0mm mm dia galvanized wire (100x100) mm mesh made upto matress lapped wire and laid on position / fixed on poles complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing incl line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for TMT bar 10mm dia and over cut into length, bend to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hoping as in tie bar for fixing of chain link fencing complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for mild steel screw bolts of 11 to 15mm dia of shank (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt not exceeding 5cm long complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.
