M &L for Non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floor, skirting etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bedding in CM 1:6 and dismantling or roughening of old surfaces of up to 04 story building complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Including Rate Taking down door shutter and refixing as per site required)

(Note : Including Rate Taking down door shutter and refixing as per site required)

M&L for coloured printed glazed ceramic tiles of size 450X 300X 7mm on vertical surfaces such as dado/skirting, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white/ coloured cement, laid over and including cement rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, and dismantling or roughening of old surfaces of up to 04 story building complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 17-20mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Including Rate Taking down door shutter and refixing as per site required)

Supply & Fix in repairs sinks with drainage board made of stainless Gde 304 steel 1mm thick kitchen or laboratory with plugs, washers and wastes, including bedding in cement mortar on to dwarf wall or including fixing cantilever brackets and connecting union to pipe, overall size 915 x 460mm bowl size 410 x 330mm x 160mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix in repairs sinks made of stainless Gde 304 steel 1mm thick kitchen or laboratory with plugs, washers and wastes, including bedding in cement mortar on to dwarf wall or including fixing cantilever brackets and connecting union to pipe, overall size 495 x 420mm bowl size 410 x 330mm x 160mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 32mm dia waste fitting brass chromium plated for wash hand basin and Sink as per site requirement complete all as directed.

S&F in repairs 32mm dia and 750mm long PVC waste pipe for WHB and kitchen sink with union complete all as specified and directed.

S&F stainless steel kitchen plate rack made out of stainless steel Gde 304 sheets 1mm thick overall size 600mm x 750mm x 250mm including complete all as specificed and directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from frames) area n.exc 1.5 sqm each complete all as specified & directed.
