Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 20 kWp Mono/ Poly Cystalline silicon solar cells confirming to MNRE specification of 20KWp ongrid (Except Structural frame) complete with following components including supply and fixing of SPV Module as required: -
Solar Photo Voltaic Module 300-350Wp or more modules confirming to IEC 61215, IEC 61730-1, IEC 61730-2 - 1 Set of 20 KW
Power Conditioning Unit (PCU) of 350-800VDC Input Volt Range and 400V AC, three phase 4 wires, 50Hz, output voltage suitable to generate 20KW AC Power. The PCU shall adjust the voltage and frequency level to suit the Grid Voltage Frequency. The PCU should have feature of Online monitoring by connecting with LAN- 1 No.
Power Optimizer: Power Optimizer / module level MPPT for energy output optimization, module level monitoring and DC safety feature.
Array junction box & Main junction box with IP 65 protection and termination arrangement for incoming and outgoing cable along with gland, lugs and other accessories etc. as reqd.- 1 Lot
Connection & Interconnection by supplying & fixing of cables for DC Supply as required, along with supplying & fixing of necessary PVC channel/ conduit lugs and other accessories etc. as reqd

Providing Net metring facility including supply & erection of 3 phase bidirectional HT energy meter (CT Meter) as required.
Supply & erection of Sheet metal enclosure of suitable size for installation of 20KW PCU, ACDB & DCDB made of 1.6mm thick MS sheet and MS angle iron as required. The enclosure should be painted after applying primer and complete in all respects as approved by EIC
Fabrication, Supplying and installation of HDG Steel/ POSMAC Supporting structure made of suitable size Electric resistance or induction butt welded tubes/ Channels/ Tee/ 'C'/ Girder/ angles, CC platform etc for supporting the Solar Panels etc. as required
Supply & laying of aluminium conductor XLPE/ P.V.C. insulated armoured and served cable to be laid loose in the existing trench or pipe as per PWD General Specidications 2010:-
Aluminium conductor XLPE/ PVC insulated PVC sheathed armoured and served cable working voltage 1100volts grade 35sq.mm (3½ Core)
