Sch A Part VI (Miscellaneous Items of B/R and E/M)

M & L for laying brick as in protection covers over cables using well burnt sub class 'B' old size bricks in trenches over sand cushioning complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Boring of holes ( manually) under road, hard standing without damaging the surface for 50 mm bore GI pipe. Note :- Depth of holes shall be one meter below the top surface of road/hard standing.Pipe shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of the scedule.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing LT panel board, conforming to CPRI Specifications, 415V, 50 Hz, AC supply , three phase and neutral, outdoor (Kiosk) type with apron, of suitable size, factory made, fabricated with 3.15mm thick mild steel sheet (Outer Body), ISMC-75 base channels, duly powder caoted internally and externally painted with seven tank process with approved shade, rubber gasketted, hinged fornt and back openable doors with proper locking arragnement for dust and vermin proof, internal wiring with suitable size of PVC FRLS copper conductor cable complete including suitable size lugs, glands etc. incl one no. brass pad lock, 50mm size, 4 levers and making connections, incl earth work and PCC foundation complete comprising of the followings and specified: - (i) Aluminium bus bar 200 Amps current rating capacity comprising of 4 Aluminium strips of appropriate size provided with heat shrinkable sleeve not less than one mm thick and epoxy insulators 1100 volts rating 8 nos. (ii) Cable alley for incoming and all outgoing feeders

Incoming: - (a) MCCB 4 Pole, 415 V, Fixed type, 100 Amps with breaking capacity 25 KA -01 Nos (b) Meter module digital volt (0-500 v) and amp meter (0-200 amp) incl CTs of appropriate size and PF meter, indicating lamp with accessories -01 Nos Outgoing: - (a) MCCB 3 Pole, 415 V, Fixed type, 63 Amps with breaking capacity 16 KA -02 Nos (b) Time switches 415 V Three Phase of 20 Amp rating with contactor - 01 No (c) 4 Pole MCCB 100 Amp, 50 Hz, 415 V with rupturing capacity 25 KA(for SFC3 ) - 01 Nos (d) SPN 32 Amps - 01 Nos(for SPN DB 4 way )

M & L Earthing complete with Gl electrode 600x600x6.00mm thick buried directly in ground vertically in pit of depth not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 2.50 mtr below normal ground level connected to Gl strip 32x6 mm as earthing leaad by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of brass connected including gun metal or phosphorus bronze of size 75x75x25 mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos 8 mm dia 25 mm long hexagonal head screwed all as specified including excavation and earth work and disposal of surplus soil incl 40 mm Gl tubing light grade and necessary fitting for protection of Gl strip incl laying of charcoal, dust and common salt PPC (1:2:3) type Cl using 20graded stone aggregate earth pit with 40x40x6mm MS angle iron grame RCC cover 40mm thick (1:2:4) type B20 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 8mm dia round bar @ 75mm C/C both way with MS handle 20mm dia plastering 15mm thick CM (1:6:) internally and upto 150mm below ground level externally. PGL funnel with wire mesh 20mm dia Gl pipe for watering complete all as shown on electrical plate No.5 of SSR Part -1 2009 and connected in earth test incl testing completed all specified and directed. Note :- (i) GI strip and GI pipe medium grade, Earth electrode, Main earthing lead, Adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt shall be deemed to be included in the rates quoted for earthing. (ii) Excavation and earth work in any type of soil strata shall be deemed to be included in rates quoted for earthing. (iii) RCC and PCC work shall be deemed to be included in rates quoted for earthing.
