Supply and installation of Acoustical False Ceiling of Higher absorption nubby finish tiles, square edge, glass fibre core fully encapsulated ceiling tile of size 595 x 595 x 15mm having volume density 120 Kgs / m3, weight 1.8 / 2.4 / 3 kg / m2 which is suspended by using 0.3mm thick T15 metal grid system. T15 metal grid system of 600 x 600mm module includes WA15 W30 wall angle with unequal flanges of 15 / 19mm, length 3000mm, fixed along the perimeter of walls with the help of nylon sleeves and suitable fasteners at 300mm centers. Then suspend the MT15 W36 MainT with flange width 15mm, height 32mm and length 3600mm, from the soffit slab with help of soffit cleat and wire rod with leveling spring clip at 1200mm centres. CT15 W12 CrossT with flange width 15mm, height 26mm and length 1200mm is interlocked into the pre-cut slots in the Main T15 at 600mm centers in the perpendicular direction to the Main T15. Finally, the CT15W06 CrossT with flange width 15mm, height 26mm and length 600mm are interlocked into the precut slots in the CT15W12 CrossT in direction parallel to the Main T15 to result in 600 x 600mm module. The Higher absorption Nubby finish tiles square edge of size 595 x 595 x 15mm shall be placed into the grid size of 600 x 600mm. Ensure arrow marks behind the tiles are oriented in one direction to achieve uniform shade. The systems to achieve noise reduction coefficient not less than 0.9 NRC, so as to have an neat appearance as directed by the department officers. Supply and installation of Acoustical Fibre Based Wall Panelling of strand colour, kerfed edge magnesite bonded pine wood fibre core tiles of size 600 x 2400 x 20mm, density 400 kgs / m3, weight 8 kg / m2 installed by using GI strut frame work system with non-visible fasteners usin PVC strut H-Spline. The GI strut frame work systems includes GI strut CC 50 cross channel having thickness 0.7mm, length 3600mm, knurled web 50, depth 50mm and equal flanges 15mm is fastened to wall positioned horizontally in a regular manner at 600mm centre to centre. PVC strut H-Spline having sectional thickness 2mm and length 2400mm to be fixed perpendicular to the Strut CC50 cross channel at 600mm centers. The kerfed edge panels shall be then inserted into the strut H-Spline along their long edges of 2400mm against frame work to perfect fit with staggered short edges. The system is backlined with the acoustical infill Synthetic Polyfiber 500 gsm 50mm thick. Supplying and Fixing of 75mm thk. PLYWOOD PARTITION WITH LAMINATE FINISHED, Providing and fixing ply wood Partition till bottom of roof/Beam using 12mm thk commercial ply wood partition finished with 1mm thk. laminate (Merino or equivalent make) on both side, with 50 x 50mm Aluminium box section as suppots at 600 x 600mm c/c as per detail drawing. All ply woods (Century/Greenply or equivalent make) used for construction should be coated with anti termite coating.Cost of the partition to include for glass wool Insulation 48Kg/m2 density infill for the complete area of the partition. Installation of the glass wool shall be protected with Tissue covering taped to the frame or plastic sheet taped to the frame on one side. Cost of the partition shall be inclusive of necessary cut-outs for electrical / data and other service outlets. Cost to include applying fire and acoustical sealants at periphery of partitions & cut outs of services from both sides as per manufactures specifications.
