Demolation above G.L upto foor to level including disposal of unserviceable material with in 20 metres lead and including cutting the necessary reinforcement and separating out from RCC Work

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 milimetre thick welding with angle iron in frame 30x30x5 milimetre so as to give fair finish including centering, shuttering and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below floor to ceiling not exceeding four metres and removal of the same for in-situ-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:-

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in Charge.

Flat surface Such as soffit of suspended floor

Providing and laying cement concrete 1 : 1. 5 : 3 ( One cement : one & half sand: three graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:-

In foundation footing and bases of coloumns and like etc

In walls ( any thickness but not less than 0.10 metre thickness) attached pillasters, buttresses plinth and string cources etc. from top of foundationlevel up to floor two level within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charges.

Suspended floor roofs landing and shelves etc

Providing mild / tor steel reinforcement for reinforced concrete work including bending, binding and placing in position complete up to floor two level including within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer -in- Charge.

Providing and Fixing CI Sluice valve ISI Marked as per the direction of Engineer in Charge

Providing and fixing of GI Pipe 100 mm dia inlet outlet

Stacking and washing of existing serveciable filter media as per the direction of Engineer in charge
