M&L for surface excavation n.exc 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in hard/dense soil and removal of rubbish outside MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting and cleaning away all grass vegetation, sapling, shrubs, brushwood, undergrowth, roots and trees n. exc 30 cm girth from roof terrace, walls parapet etc & pouring acid over affected areas and making good the disturbed portion in CM 1:3 incl removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m out side the periphery of area under clearence complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of drains of inner width uptp 0.75 m and depth upto. 1.2mtr by removing mud, garbage, debries, sludge, vegitation etc by manually or machnically complete all as specified.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius and built in CM 1:4 including demolition of brick work built in cement mortar and removing debrish beyond MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 4 above but except bricks using serviceable brick in CM 1:4

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr depth for fdn etc for soft manhole not exc 10 sqm on plan and getting out soft and loose soil complete all as specified & directed.

All as per item No 6 above but exc 1.5 mtr and n.exc 3 mtr in hard dense soil.

Returning filling in soft/loose soil incl spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm complete all as specified & directed.

Removing of surplus soil beyond MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete, bed concrete of pipe, manholes, drain, sub base under tiles etc. including demolition of cement concrete any description and removing debrish beyond MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for Salt-glazed stoneware drain pipes 150mm interenal dia grade ‘A’ incl testing and laid in trenches and jointed as specified to a level on concrete bed including demolition of pipes set in cment mortar removing debrish beyond MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 11 above but 200mm dia.

M&L for Reinforced concrete pipe class NP2, 300mm dia laid in trenches & jointed in cement mortar (1:2) with collars including demolition of pipes set in cment mortar removing debrish beyond MOD complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out sludge water semi solid or solid materials from manholes upto a depth 1.5mtr by manually or using super sucker machine, Jet machine, electric motor etc, removing and depositing into excavated pit of suitable size outside of MOD land (incl necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil) allowing initial perculation of sludge water and finally burying the entire solid/semi solid material completely underground complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-l smooth finished, and reforming benching as required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cleaning and maintenance of sewage line / system from first manholes upto the final drop out let into the septic tank or central sewage system in running/flowing order without blockage having inner dia of pipe from 150mm to 300mm and depth varying upto 3 mtr in any situation manually or mechanically as required including sewage pump, sewage machine, super sucker etc complete all as specified & directed. NOTE :- Cleaning of manhole shall be measured and paid under respective item.

M&L for Cleaning and maintenance of sewage line / system from first manholes upto the final drop out let into the septic tank or central sewage system in running/flowing order without blockage having inner dia of pipe from 150mm to 300mm and depth varying upto 6 mtr in any situation by mechanically as required including sewage pump, sewage machine, super sucker, zetting machine etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for removal of blockage in between WC to Nahani trap/WC to Ist manhole/floor trap to nahani trapetc. By flexible roding and removal the all dirt up to a distance of 100 M all as directed . Note: (i) In case a blockage reoccured with in 07 days ,the same shall be removed without any extra cost to the Govt.(ii) cleaning of line in between manholes where complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type B-2, 1:3:6 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in surface channels and drains finishing the exposed surfaces of concrete to fair and even including demolition of cement concrete and removing of debrish beyond MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 80 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete glossy interlocking paver block any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 grade with grey cement & pigment including demolition of PCC/tiles and removing debrish beyond MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling under floors as cushion bed for interlocking paver blocks complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed chequered cement concrete glossy tiles 25 mm thick set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with gray cement and pigment including 15 mm thick screed bedding layer in cm 1:6 including demolition of old tiles and removing debrish beyond MOD land complete all as specified and directed
