Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including RCC water tanks on roof of G+6 storey bldg , reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition and separating, scraping and cleaning of reinforcement and removing debris outside MD land. Note :- (i) The quoted rates shall deemed to include providing safety arrangements,necessary scafolding and binding safety mesh all around the building to arrest the falling debris as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (ii) Item No 01 to 101 shall be executed from ground level to 30mtr height in different locations of building and quoted rate shall deemed to be included all safety measures, necessary scaffolding ,safety mesh to arrest falling debries.

Material & labour for relieving Structural members such as column, beam and slabs of their superimposed loads partially or fully by providing adjustable steel props, frames etc. including providing necessary timber runners, bracing, jacking up arrangement as per site conditions and considering the load complete to the satisfaction of Engineer- in- charge. Note-Removing and redoing of brickwork if required shall be measured and paid separately

Material & labour for chipping out carefully existing loose, damaged concrete from RCC members i.e. columns, Beams, Slabs and Chajjas on External and internal areas beyond main reinforcement if required in the opinion of the Engineer-in-Charge by low impact hammer, chisel without damaging the structure ( hard concrete should not be removed by force), cleaning with wire brushing reinforcement and concrete to remove all dust and cleaning with water, applying ‘Rusticide SS’ Rust passivator to existing reinforcement bars and applying two coats of rust preventor slurry made out of “Polyalk Fixoprime” and cement in proportion 1:1.5 to existing reinforcement bars, applying bonding coat of slurry made out of “Polyalk EP” and cement in proportion 1:1 to concrete and reinforcement and applying “Polyalk EP” Polymer modified cement mortar in proportion of (1:5:15) to RCC members and finishing the surface rough to receive plaster including curing complete all as per manufacturers instructions and as directed including removing debries out side MD land . Note: The place of disposal shall be find out by the contractor.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing debris outside MD land complete all as specified. Note: The place of disposal shall be find out by the contractor.

Demolition of sunken portion of any description including floor tiles, lime/cement concrete, APP bitumen membrane,screed bed,soil pipes,gratings,WC/IWC,spouts and anything found during demolition of sunken portion and cleaning the surface with wire brush to remove dirt, dust , cleaning with water complete all as specified by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar, including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work & precast concrete articles including copings etc.and removing debris outside MD land complete all as specified. Note: The place of disposal shall be find out by the contractor.

Taking down carefully by Chiseling/ Chipping out all existing loose decayed Plaster from external wall, internal wall, plumbing duct areas and roof areas (In patch work) using Plaster Breaking machine and or Well sharpened Chisel & Hammers at proper angles and removing debris outside MD land complete all as specified. Note: The place of disposal shall be find out by the contractor.

Dismantling cast iron work in of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- The item includes rain water pipes, sewage pipes, drain pipes and sunken fittings etc complete.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) not exc 1.5 sq.m each complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) exc 1.5 sq.m and not exc 4 sq.m each complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material & labour for dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work or TMT bars of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- charge.

Material & labour for 80mm bore ( internal dia) Mild steel tubular poles having minimum thickness 4mm in vertical posts/truss or welded horizontally including special shaped washers etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1979 grade St -240 all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : The work shall be carried out in roof of 6th floor (35mtr above the ground level) with all safety arrangements including pulling arrangement without damage to the existing structure.

Supply & fixing mild steel plates ( plain or chequered ) channels, square cut or notched ( ordinary and counter sunk ) forming holes, without any attachment including all necessary drilling, bolting,riveting or welding conforming to Fe 410 -W (Gde E- 250) quality-A complete all as specified. Note : The work shall be carried out in roof of 6th floor (35mtr above the ground level) with all safety arrangements including pulling arrangement without damage to the existing structure.

Material & Labour for rolled mild steel in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc conforming to Fe 410 -W (GdeE- 250) quality A complete all as specified and directed. Note : The work shall be carried out in roof of 6th floor (35mtr above the ground level) with all safety arrangements including pulling arrangement without damage to the existing structure.

Supply & fixing pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof coverings/cladding to wall or in angle iron chajja etc fixed with self tapping screws as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : The work shall be carried out in roof of 6th floor (35mtr above the ground level) with all safety arrangements including pulling arrangement without damage to the existing structure.

Material & labour for MS hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand rail straight portion drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors balusters, nosing to steps including embedding in concrete and screwing etc wind ties for roof including securing bolts posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed drilling holes, notching for wire, etc flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling bolting or riveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified. Note : The work shall be carried out in roof of 6th floor (35mtr above the ground level) with all safety arrangements including pulling arrangement without damage to the existing structure.

Material & labour for opening the Separation Cracks at the Junction of RCC and Masonry into ‘’V’’ Grooves 2’’ to 3’’ from the either side of the cracks and 20-25mm wide and 15-20mm in depth by carefully marking the areas to be opened up using a Cutting machine and skillfully /carefully Chiseling with a well sharpened chisel and hammer , including Wire brushing and washing with water jet to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in- Charge.

Material & labour for Moistening the Cracks and applying priming/bonding coat of slurry made out of “Polyalk EP”and cement in proportion 1:1 to surfaces prepared, Filling the Cracks /Grooves with “Polyalk EP” Polymer modified cement mortar in Proportion of 1: 5: 15 (Polyalk EP: Cement: Graded sand/quartz sand) on the prepared surfaces and finishing in level of existing plaster including Hand packing, curing and making the surface similar to the external plastering using wooden floats/punch etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for TMT (CRS) bars of appropriate size where 20% of cross section is reduced including application of rust converter FEOVERT and applying protective coating IPNET-RB including cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia to new reinforcement or welding of steel reinforcement where required complete all as per manufacturers instructions and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material & labour for Drilling holes upto 16 mm Diameter and up to 50mm depth in concrete, Cleaning of holes by air blower prior to fixing nozzles, fixing 12 mm dia aluminum /PVC injection nipples and securing the same as directed & injecting cementitious grout using CEBEX-112 additive of ‘Fosroc’ at the rate of 225 grams per bag of cement and using suitable mechanical gun/pump including mixing etc complete.

Material & labour for providing and fixing 12 mm dia aluminium /PVC injection nipples and securing the same as directed and injecting cementitious grout using CEBEX-112 additive of ‘Fosroc’ at the rate of 225 grams per bag of cement using suitable mechanical gun/pump to ensure complete sealing, cure the system for min.12 hrs, Cut the nozzles by chisel after completion of grouting without damaging structural elements complete all as per manufacturers instructions and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge..

Material & labour for Jacketting around sides of existing column with Micro concrete (Molith-MC) M40 with uniform thickness of 115 mm or as directed at any height including all lifts, shuttering,scaffolding etc complete all as per manufacturers instructions and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: i) Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately. ii) Rates quoted shall deemed to be included jacketing, formwork and micro concrete.

Material & labour for providing & fixing shear anchor epoxy dipped shear keys of 10mm dia and 4" to 6" length in columns including drilling holes and fixing before jacketing, Micro concreting as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for applying/ laying Super fluid Microconcrete - Roffecrete mixed with 5mm to 10mm size aggregates on the bottom of beams, slabs etc.including waterproof ply wood/ steel plate shuttering, pouring, temping, Consolidating, curing etc complete as per Manufacturer’s specification and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note -The item shall be paid on actual consumption of Micro concrete and record shall be submitted alonwith RAR.

Material & labour for Jacketting around sides of existing RCC Pardis and elevation band with Micro concrete (Molith-MC) M40 with uniform thickness as directed at any height including all lifts, shuttering,scaffolding etc complete all as per manufacturers instructions and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: i) Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately. ii) Rates quoted shall deemed to be included jacketing, formwork and micro concrete.

Material & labour for Carefully Chiseling/ Chipping out existing cracked /damaged IPS(Indian patent stone) and Providing I.P.S. Finish (1:1.5:3) over roof/Chajja Tops (need based areas) laying Brick bats/ Metal pieces to the desired thickness (as directed by Engr-in-charge) and slope finished with cement mortar plaster of specified and required thk. in CM (1:4), with neat cement slurry including waterproofing compound, curing etc including making junction wattas etc complete as specified and directed.

Material & labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using (20 mm graded stone aggregate) in roof kerbs, mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges on sloping roof at height upto 20 mtr from GL complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing 100mm bore CI soil, waste and vent pipes spun pipes with or without ears with cement joints and fixed to walls with suitable size GI clamps including dismantling existing CI pipes with fittings , jointed in cement mortar in any situation and in any position including all fittings complete all as specified .

Supply & fixing stack clamps made out of 50mm by 5mm MS flat iron and 16mm dia round iron stays, including bolts and nuts and securing ends of stays to wall or roof suitable for 75mm bore pipe complete all as specified.

Material & labour for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 in floors/walls of sunken portion complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge .

Material & labour for preparing sunken portion of RCC floors slab and walls upto 1 mtr height by wire brush to remove all lataince & loose particles like cement mortar deposits, dirt, dust etc., Oil & grease, if any, shall be de-greased with suitable solvents and finally cleaning with water and applying Dr. Fixit Bathseal as per manufacturers instructions and comprises of the following activities Application :- i) Cracks, caevites & gaps shall be filled with cement sand mortar (1:3) mixed with Pidicrete URP as per manufacturers instructions and angular fillet of size 50 mm x 50 mm shall be laid at junction of floor and wall with cement sand mortar (1:3) mixed with Pidicrete URP as per manufacturers instructions (ii) Apply first coat of Dr. Fixit Bathseal in floor of sunken and wall upto 1mtr ht. (ii) While the coating is still wet place the glass fibre mesh (2.5 mm x 2.5 mm) on the angle fillet extending about 50 mm on floor surface and 50 mm on walls and allow it to soak completely with material. (iii) Before the coating dries apply immediately another coat of Dr. Fixit Bathseal 2K only on the angle fillet completely covering the mesh thus embedding it firmly between two coats of Dr. Fixit Bathseal 2K. (iv) Allow the coating to dry completely for 6 to 8 hrs before applying second coat all over the floor area and walls. (v)The angle fillet area now has three coats of Dr. Fixit Bathseal 2K with mesh embedded firmly within the coating. (vi) Allow the coating to dry completely for 3-4 days. Do not cure with water but keep coating moist using wet hessian cloth. (vii) Test the water proofing area by filling water for 72 hours and tested for leakage/seepage to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge . If leakage/Seepage occured after filling water, the above treatment shall be re-done completely without any extra cost.

Material & labour for 70mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate), in sunken portion complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material & labour for cement concrete 1:5:10 type E-2(using 40mm graded stone aggregate) for filling in sunken portion complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material & labour for 40mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in sunken portion floor complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material & Labour for Non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/Rectanglar) area of each tiles exc 0.18 Sqm but n exc 0.38 Sqm laid in floor over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:4), set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile complete all as specified.

Material & Labour for coloured glazed ceramic tiles 300mm x 200mm x 7mm thick but laid on vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado laid over and including 10 mm thick backing coat in CM (1:4), set and jointed in neat cement paste and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile complete all as specified.

Material & Labour for light shade vitrified ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square /rectangular ) polished dark shade, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floor laid in floor over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar ( (1:6), set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile complete all as specified.

Supply & fixing 15 mm bore GI tubing medium grade with all fittings such as bends, socket, tees, elbows, unions, barrel, nipple, plugs, etc fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors with suitable size GI clamps including taking down old GI tubing including fittings complete all as specified.

Supply & fixing 20 mm bore GI tubing medium grade with all fittings such as bends, socket, tees, elbows, unions, barrel, nipple, plugs, etc fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors with suitable size GI clamps including taking down old GI tubing including fittings complete all as specified.

Material & labour for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finished even & smooth without using extra cement completed all as specified.

Material & labour for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on fair faces of concrete surfaces in ceiling and finished even & smooth without using extra cement completed all as specified.

Material & labour for Providing and applying 25 mm thick sand faced plaster in two coats on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces on external wall facades using approved screened and Pre washed River sand with base coat of 15mm thick in C.M. 1:4 finished rough to receive final coat, curing the area for not less than three days and applying finishing coat 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 with sand face finish as specified in clause 14.21 of SSR part I, curing for 7- 10 days including necessary scaffolding and safety arrengement complete all as specified. Note :- i) Cement mortar in both coats shall be mixed with integral water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement. ii) Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Material & labour for Forming groove of uniform size 15mm wide and 15mm deep in the top layer of plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens, nailed to the under layer including removal of wooden battens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge :

Supply only liquid water proof compound Note- Contractor shall brought liquid water proof compound in sealed pack drum of capacity 20 kg each and deposited in MES store yard before incorpating in the work.

Material & labour for prepration new or previously untreated steel or iron surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of 'Anti rust' paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for preparation of old painted steel or iron surfaces of any description and in any position, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for preparation of previously untreated wooden surfaces of any description and in any position, not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for providing and injecting chemical emulsion for Post construction Antitermite Treatment along external wall below concrete or masonory apron using chemical emulson at the rate of 2.25 litres per linear metre including drilling and plugging holes etc in apron and making good disturbed surfaces as per existing complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for providing and injecting chemical emulsion for Post construction Antitermite Treatment of voids in masonry using chemical emulson at the rate of one litre per hole at 300mm intervals including drilling holes 45 degree and replugging them with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors/wall surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for post construction antitermite treatment at the points of contact of wood by chemical emulsion (in oil or kerosene based solution) @ 0.5 ltr/hole by drilling 6mm dia holes at down ward angle of 45 degree at 50mm C/C & sealing the same complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material & labour for laying APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by forced application above the boarding of roof to arrest leakage including removal of previous APP membrane and preparing surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material & labour 20mm thick machine cut machine polished granite (of any type) tiles machine cut, in Jams and cills of windows,steps of stairs, inside cupboard for slab, laid over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4), including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and as directed

Supply & fixing powder coated aluminium sections for partitions, windows, ventilators and doors including fabrication of frame/track and fixing to walls/floors with necessary lugs, cleats etc including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required complete all as specified Note: - (i) Minimum thickness of powder coating shall be 50 micron. (ii) The size of aluminium sections shall be as per HQ CE(N) MZ TD drawing No TD/2021/01 to 05 and sill to be provided as per HQ CE(N) MZ TD of sill type 'A' and 'B' respectively if directed.

Supply & fixing Powder coated Anodised aluminium for door, window and ventilator shutters, sliding or fixed type without sash bar, aluminium section minimum weighing 0.55 kg/m including all accessories such as glazing clips, handles, tower bolts,screws, rollers rubber beadings, for fixing glass panes in frame . Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required complete all as specified including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws etc. complete all as specified. Note: - (i) Glass panes will be measured & paid separately. (ii) The rate quoted shall be inclusive of neoprene beading, glazing clips, screws, etc. as required but shall not be measured for arriving of weight. (iii) Minimum thickness of powder coating shall be 50 micron. (iv) The rate shall be inclusive of the locking arrangement including complete packing with silicon gel around contacting surface of aluminium work with matching existing area. (v) The size of aluminium sections shall be as per HQ CE(N) MZ TD drawing No TD/2021/01 to 05 and sill to be provided as per HQ CE(N) MZ TD of sill type 'A' and 'B' respectively if directed.

Supply and fix metal body concealed handel-cum-latch 100mm long for sliding window shutter made with aluminium and durable plastic long lust and anti rust materials with brackets and screws complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply & fixing bearing/roller with metal body having plastic roller screwed to shutter of aluminium windows complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing 4.80 mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with aluminium beading and rubber gasket etc in square n exc 0.50 sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material & labour for preparing wall surfaces and applying two coats of smart care Damp sheath exterior paints over a coat of base coat of primer all as per manufacturers instructions including scaffolding and necessary safety arrangement as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note -i) Work shall be carried out at some places upto a height of 35 mtr from ground level . ii) Treatment shall be carried through approved applicater and as per manufacturers instructions

Material & labour for preparing new plastered surfaces of wall, applying one coat of wall care putty not less than 2mm thickness and making the surface even and smooth using emery paper and applying two or more coats of distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer's specification.

Supply & fixing precast reinforced cement concrete type B0 1:2:4 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) louvres and jallies, 25mm thick (measured solid), including all mouldings set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material & labour for mild steel Bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required: hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates; hook and pintle hinges: large hasps and staples; chains; hand made sliding bolts; clamps; hold fasts; wall ties; hooks for hanging fans; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts; two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified.
