Supplying of vision glass panels comprising of 6mm vision panel units of size and shape as required and specified, comprising of an outer heat strengthened float glass 6mm thick, of approved colour and shade with reflective soft coating on surface #2 of approved colour and shade, all complete for the required performances and the Architectural drawings, as per the approved shop drawings, as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Fabricating, Supplying and installation of stainless steel water trough of grade SS:304 of sheet thickness minimum 3 mm including end pivets and SS supports formed out of SS pipes size not less than 75 x 75 mm for size of 2 mtr. x 500 mm and depth not less than 300 mm and required as per drawings the complete system shall be brush metal finish with electrically welded joints warranted against rusting. The water trough shall be provided with Float Valve & SS fitting intermediate supports of 500 mm c/c of SS angle not less than 3 mm thick. The trough shall be removable from the frame and revolving at the pivets complete in all respect including labour and material required for fixing as per direction by Engineer-in-charge / Architect (NS-C 17)

The wall panels shall be made up of 80 mm thick composite PUF sandwich between 0.6 mm thick Pre-Painted Galvanized Iron Sheet. The panels shall be made of micro ribbing Pre-Painted Galvanized Iron Sheet on both sides with 80mm thick layer of PU foam of density of 40±2 kg/m3 as insulation. The wall panels will have tongue groove arrangement. Pre-Painted Galvanized Iron Sheet shall have minimum coating of 4-5micron epoxy primer and 25micron polyester top coat on the finish surface and 7-8micron primer alkyl base on reverse. The PPGI sheet shall have plastic protective guard film of minimum 25 microns to avoid scratches during transportation& installation. The interior and exterior color of panels shall be appliance white color. (NS-C 18)

Providing and fixing at all floors, heights and locations extruded clay tile of size 230x75x20mm (min) of terracotta colour with straight cut edge of approved make having grooves at the back of the tile for fixing to wall with cement mortar 1:4 mixed with liquid water proofing compound to remove capillary action as per manufacturer specifications over rough base plaster 1:3 as part of item maintaining all line, level and plumb. The tiles shall be laid in half over lap bond over this rough base surface with groves 8x8mm in joints in all directions – horizontal, vertical and depth. The grooves shall be maintained with the help of spacers of required size used around each tile. After application the complete finished tile surface should be in line, level and plumb with grooves maintained in all directions. Grouting / pointing of tiles with cement mortar of ratio 1:4 mixed with liquid water proofing compound should be taken up simultaneously alongwith fixing of tiles for proper application. The final finish surface after completion shall be cleaned with diluted HCL solution to remove any stains and cement marks. The vertical surface of tiles cladding shall be given a supporting aluminium angle of size 35x35x5mm at each floor level with the help of anchor bolts (which shall be paid as separately as per item no. 9.01 ). Minimum compressive strength of brick tile shall be 500kg/sqcm, maximum water absorption shall be 7%, Efflorescence should be "NIL". All tiles should have been fired at a kiln temperature not less than 1100 degrees celsius during the manufacturing process. The tile sample shall be got approved from the Engineer-in-charge before application. (NS-C 19)
