INSTALLATION OF 132/33KV 100MVA TRANSFORMER IN PLACE OF 132/33KV 40MVA TRANSFORMER

Transportation of empty oil tank of 20 KL capacity from 400 KV S/S Sarnath distance approximate 08 km including loading & unloading and again transporting it to 400 KV S/S sarnath after the completion of work.

Filling of 35KL (approx) new T/F oil from the oil drums to oil tank and refilling of the same from oil tank to Transformer main tank.

Dismantling of 40MVA, 132/33 KV transformer BHEL make after opening of jumpers, and opening of cable connections, draining out transformer oil into 209 Itrs, capacity empty drums/tank, removal of all radiators, conservator tank, oil pipe lines, all bushings, turrets fan motors, marshaling box, RTCC panel etc. Making arrangement for blanking the radiators, pipelines conservator tank, with proper gaskets nut & bolts to complete the job satisfactorily including proper stacking. Blanking plate, nuts bolts and gasket shall be provided by department and all labor, tools, T&P shall be arranged by contractor on his own cost.

Removal of earthing from HV & LV Neutral bushings and main tank of 132/33KV 40MVA transformer BHEL MAKE by cutting of welding and removal of supports etc.

Dismantling of 03 nos. 120 KV LA for R,Y anb B phase with it's structures after removal of earthing, opening of jumpers and shifting to stacking place.

Shifting of 132/33KV 40MVA T/F BHEL Make from transformer plinth to stacking place as per direction of site in-charge distance approx 80mtr, including turning of transformer with all T&P and labor to complete the job satisfactorily at 132KV S/S Sarnath @5M/JOB.

Shifting of 132/33KV 100MVA Transformer Atlanta make from stacking place to working site approx. 80Mtr @ 5 Mtr/Job at 132KV S/S Sarnath.

Additional Shifting of New Atlanta make 132/33 KV 100 MVA T/F from working site to transformer plinth upto distance approx. 20 mtr including turning of transformer if required.

Complete erection of new Atlanta make 132/33 KV 100 MVA transformer at 132 KV S/S Saranth by erecting of radiators headers, conservator Tank HV/LV bushing all pipe lines buchholze relay ORS,PRV erection of marshaling box , driving mechanism cooling fans of pumps and all other links etc. complete in all respect radiators, oil ,pipe lines, conservator tank and attending the oil leakage if any after putting the transformer in vacuum for 24 Hrs, and all other associated work to complete the job satisfactory as per instruction manual/ direction of the engineer .

Create the vacuum inside the transformer tank up to the standard pressure as recommended for 100MVA T/F at least for 24.00 Hrs.

Centrifuging of transformer oil approx 35 KL of new Atlanta make 132/33 KV 100 MVA transformer after erection at 132KV substation Sarnath Varanasi in tank and circulation in conservator tank, OLTC and radiator to through centrifuging machine to be provided by contractor and taking B.D.V & ppm value of the oil till the required value achieved as per direction of supervising engineer including cost of DGA test from authentic lab, all T&P, Labor and centrifuging machine, BDV Kit, PPM Kit, Meggar Kit shall be provided by the contractor.

Earthing of new Atlanta make 132/33 KV 100 MVA transformer main body at two points using MS Flat 75x10mm/50x6mm MS Flat along with separate earhing for marshalling box and drive mechanism , OLTC Panel,Providing the wheel stopper. Making the fresh delta for H.V & L.V neutral earthing as per standard recommendation for 100MVA Transformer and connection with MS Flat as per site requirement including cost of two coat painting work after applying 1 coat primer with all materials except MS Flat.

Jumpering of transformer on HV/LV side by way of cutting & bending of conductor in proper shape & size as per requirement for all the HV & LV side equipments including bushings.

Laying of new cable for 100MVA T/F if required as per site condition having size

2x2.5mm sq.

4x2.5mm sq.

6x2.5mm sq.

Opening of allready laid control cable for 40MVA T/F and re-connection of the control & power cable as per new cable schedule for new 100MVA Transformer and it's OLTC,RTCC Panel at both end and control & relay panel,cooling fan and pumps, marshalling box etc,using existing cable including laying, dressing and binding of additional control cables if required as per site requirement and termination along with making neccessary holes in the gland plates or box where ever required, fixing of cables glands of appropriate size providing of ferrules and cables terminations as per standared practice and all other associated work as per technical specification.

Safely installation of 03 nos. 120KV LA for R,Y and B Phase on it's structures, earthing of the same, making connection of jumper etc. including shifting from stacking place to erection site & all others associated works.

Safely replacement of 03 nos. 500/1A CT for R,Y and B Phase in place of old 200/1A CT ,earthing of the same, making arrangement of termination of control cable with proper size of cable gland including shifting from stacking place to working place and all others associated works.

Safely replacement of 03 nos. 2000/1A CT in place of old 800/1A CT for R,Y and B Phase, earthing of the same, making arrangement of termination of control cable with proper size of cable gland including shifting from stacking place to working place and all others associated works.

RE-ERECTION OF 132/33KV 40MVA TRANSFORMER IN PLACE OF 132/33KV 63MVA TRANSFORMER.

Additional shifting of 63MVA Transformer Aditya make up to storage platform 50Mtr @ 5 Mtr/Job at 132KV S/S Sarnath.

Packing of HV/LV/Neutral bushing of 63MVA 132/33KV T/F in 100MVA empty carets including shifting to store.

Shifting of 132/33KV 40MVA T/F BHEL Make from stacking place to Transformer plinth 50 meter distance approx, including all T&P and labor to complete the job satisfactorily at 132KV S/S Sarnath@5M/job.

Additional shifting of 132/33KV 40MVA T/F BHEL Make transformer up to plinth from outside distance approx. 20 mtr including turning of tank if required with all cost of T&P and labor to complete the job satisfactorily at 132KV S/S Sarnath.

Complete erection of 40MVA, 132/33KV transformer BHEL make by erection of radiator, conservator tank, oil pipe lines bushings with their turrets, cooling fans motors, their wirings, Drive mechanism of OLTC, marshaling box, RTCC panels and all associated work to complete the job filling of T/F oil and topping up oil for circulation in transformer radiator, pipe lines conservator tank etc. and attending leakage if any and all associated work up to a period transformer result are achieved to complete the erection including cost of labor T&P etc.
