E-20 : Port/Stbd main engine gear box clocked at 5700.00 and 5672.00 hrs respectively. 6000 hrly (A-4) routine falling due after 300 and 328 hrs (Make- ZF Marine, Type- ZF 7650, Qty -02) on both Gear box. Following 6000 hrly routine to be carried out as per maintenance schedule:- (a) Visual check flexible clutch. (b) Visual check flexible engine and transmission mountings. (c) Visually check/inspect clutch discs. (d) Visually check/inspect running gear. (e) Checks priming and trailing oil pumps. (f) Check control unit. (g) Check actuation devices. (h) Recalibrate display devices. (J) Clean and pressure testing of oil cooler (k) Check input shaft seal. (l) Check output shaft seal. (m) Check hoses and cable for wear and tear/damage, replace as necessary. (n) Check flow limiting valve. (p) Check oil jet control valve. (r) Testing/calibration of all sensor/switches/safety device and provide certificates. (s) Check and overhaul control unit.
