Dismantling of roof trusses, purlin, rails fastening, etc, of steel section complete all as specified and directed.

M&L roof trusses (framed ), trussed, purlins, rails & fastening and heavy bracket framing (beam, tee, angle, channel, flat, etc) incl distance pieces, cleats , holdfast etc complete all as specified and directed..

M&L MS flat (wind tie) as roof sheet securing incl distance pieces, cleats etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, Chhaja, etc fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in Ridge,etc with self tapping screws or J hooks as specified.

M&L 1.4mm thick Fibre glass reinforced translucent sheeting in roof, walls etc fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wall/ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc) of any type including cover fillets.

M&L for providing aluminium snap Grid frame work for false ceiling with of size 605X605 mm ,using Main and cross tee of size 36.5mmX25mmX1.4mm,weighing 0.24 kg/RM and 23.5mmX26.4mmX1.4mm weighing 0.191Kg/RM respectively. the snap grid shall be supported at end all along the wall with aluminium anodised angle of size 40mmX25mmX2mm weighing 0.36Kg/RM. The snap grid shall be fixed to ceiling supporting hangers consisting of 2mm dia MS wire/GI wire, J bolts, nuts and washers as per manufacturer's complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 4mm thick non asbestos fibre designer cement building boards fixed or laid/ inserted to timber/GI/Aluminium framework with screws.

M & L preparation of new steel surfaces any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red-oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster any description on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc

M&L rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on chajjas/lintel etc and finished even and fair without using extra cement in patches.

Demolition of brick work build in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, complete.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' brick straight or curved on plan exc 6m means radius build in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 26 above, but except bricks, complete all as specified and directed.

Demoliton of cement concrete in ground floor paving n exc 15cm thickness ( below or above ground level ) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in levelling course, coping, window cill etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 20mm graded stone aggregate including finished surface even & fair without using extra cement as in plinth protection including necessary form work of edge all as specified and directed. Note: 10mm wide and 75mm deep joints shall be made at 3 mtr intervel and at each corner and the same shall be filled with using bitumen 85/25 and sand in the ratio 1:3, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair MS conduit curtain rod with PVC coating fancy type drafry rod 20mm dia of any colour as approved design and fixed to wall complete all as specified and directed.

S&F fancy type sofia brakcet for the curtain rod (suitable for 20mm dia curtain rod) of any approved colour and design complete all as specified and directed.
