Dismantling PVC OH water tanks from top of the roof upto tripple storey bldg & removing to store exc 500 & n exc 1000 litres

Demolition of RCC as in Column, beam, slab and RCC overhead water tank of capacity exc 500 Ltr but n exc 1000 Ltr, Roof beams, beams, columns & similar work from the top of the roof upto tripple storey bldg and removing rubbish from site.

Supply and Fixing Rotational molded polyethylene water storage tanks white in colour, tripple layered, Threaded lid/cover, weight should not less than 27.00 Kg (cylindrical vertical with closed top) capacity 750 Ltr hoisted and fixed in position upto tripple storey bldg all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (Make:- Vectus/Sintex/ Rotex/ Polycon)

Removing Bldg Material from top of the roof upto tripple storey Bldg of at a distance of exc 500m and n exc 1500 mtr.

Taking up or down steel tubing & connections, including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store of 40 mm bore upto tripple storey Bldg complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing GI Tubes, `medium grade' with all fitting & fixed complete to walls & ceilings or laid in floors of 40mm bore upto tripple storey Bldg complete all as specified and directed.

Refixing of old steel tubing of 40 mm bore (including cleaning) in new or old position (Walls, ceiling, floors, etc.) upto tripple storey Bldg complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing & connections, including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store of 20mm bore upto tripple storey Bldg complete all as specified and directed.

Refixing of old steel tubing of 20mm bore in new or old position (Walls, ceiling, floors, etc.) upto tripple storey Bldg complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing GI Tubes, `medium grade' with all fitting; laid in trenches of 20mm bore, upto tripple storey Bldg complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of PCC of any description & in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (unreinforced) upto tripple storey Bldg all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour PCC type B-1, (1:2:4) using 20mm graded stone aggregate Finished even & smooth using extra cement upto tripple storey Bldg all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for 10mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work, concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with WPC @3% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer’s instructions, finished even and fair, upto tripple storey Bldg all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound, complete all as specified.

Supply and Fixing in repair Gun-metal, globe or gate valves 20mm bore, with iron wheel head, screwed both end for iron pipe

Supply and Fixing Ball brass valves 20mm bore, high pressure, with polythene float & flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing Rotational molded polyethylene water storage tanks white in colour, tripple layered, Threaded lid/cover, weight should not less than 18.00 Kg (cylindrical vertical with closed top) capacity 500 Ltr hoisted and fixed in position including dismantling of old PVC OH water tanks from top of the roof upto tripple storey bldg & removing to store exc 500 litres upto tripple storey Bldg all as specified and directed. (Make:- Vectus/ Sintex/ Rotex/ Polycon)

Material and labou for Providing water proofing treatment over cleaned roof surface with super thermo APP modified water proofing memberane comprising of the following for Non Approachable roofs upto tripple storey Bldg-

(a) Cleaning of plastered roof surfaces and applying a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.30 kg/Sqm on top of dry surface of finished cement mortar plaster.

(b) One coat of hot blown bitumen of grade 85/25 @ 1.2kg /sqm shall be applied over primed surfaces.

(c) One layer of polymeric water proofing membrane of weight not less than 3 kg/Sqm consisting 90 micron thicken of central core shall be unrolled surfaces with lap of 100 mm and the over lap shall be sealed by flame.

(d) Applying two coats of aluminum paint on top of membrane @ 0.10Kg/Sqm.
