Labour charges for cutting road for laying water main or sewer

Earth work excavation and depositing on bank with initial lead of 10 m and lift of 2 M in narrow trenches having bed width 1.25m & below for laying of pipes forwater supply and sewerage works in the following typeof soils as directed by Departmental officers

Supplying and delivery of 250mm Dia LA Clas C.I. SPUN PIPES (AS PER IS 1536/2001 Amendment No.3.July 2008) from any of the corporation stores to the site of work including cost and conveyance of materials etc,completed as per standard specification(Twad board SOR 24 - 25 page no:24 WD-M0435)

Lowering of 250mm dia C.I Pipes and specials in the trenches and laying to proper grade and alignment and as directed by the Departmental officers( Twad SOR 24 - 25 page no:159 WD-W0233 )

Jointing 250mm dia C.I/ D.I-S/S pipes and specials with rubber gaskets (tyton joint) including cost of lubricants. (including cost of jointing materials) by the departmental officers( Twad SOR 24 - 25 page no:164 WD-W0312 )

Testing of pipes for water supply/UGSS with hydraulic testing equipment by filling with water (including cost of water) and testing to recommended pressure in convenient stretches and attending the bursts if any occured during the test, excluding the cost of pipes but including other incidential and operational charges etc., complete for the following diametres of pipe ( Twad SOR 24 - 25 page no:174 WD-W0464 )

Barricading work (Where the lines are in narrow width of municipality area, busy streets like Market, Bus-stand and in the Highways etc.) for laying of pipe line using casurina poles at 1.50m center to center (8cm to 10cm dia. and 1.80m height) vertical with horizontal poles in two rows, painting the vertical poles in the road facing sides with ready mix paint, tying the vertical and horizontal poles with coir rope including supplying, delivery and fixing of GI sheet (0.90m x 0.8mm thick) in the horizontal poles and fixing 75mmdia. reflectors including earth work excavation for fixing vertical posts and finally removing and stacking the materials safely for further use etc., complete and as directed departmental officers(Twad SOR 24 - 25 page no:210 )

Refilling with excavated earth other than sand including cost of all labour charges and all other incidental charges etc. complete as directed by the departmental Engineers.(Twad SOR 24 - 25 page no:265)

Disposal of surplus earth including loading and conveyancewithin a distance of 5 km (basic cost of earth is zero) including loading charges and Conveyance Charges of 5kms distance.(Twad SOR 24 - 25 page no:265)
