Material and labour for preparation of sunken portion using glass fibre reinforced acrylic modified cementitious coating system in following stages :- (i) Cleaning of RCC surface to remove dust, loose particles and grinding any sharp edges including sealing of pipe penetration in toilets core cutting including Supply and apply solvent free, moisture insensitive epoxy resin based patch repair putty on pipe penetration surfaces. The putty shall be applied to a groove thickness of minimum 20 mm on pipe penetration joint to concrete. (ii) Preparation of surface of sunken portion and applying glass fibre reinforced acrylic modified cementitious coating as top coat @ 1.5 kg/m2 over reinforcement over base etc. (iii) Application of a protection plaster (12-15mm) mixed with water proofing compound @ 0.10 kg per bag of cement. The product should conform to IS-2645, complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate), as in mass concrete in foundation filling, sunken floor paving, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing water proofing treatment any thickness & removing the debris from the premises to a distance exc 250m from the MOD land including cleaning/washing down and keeping surfaces clean complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing water proofing treatment over cleaned roof surface with APP modified bitumenous membrane weight not less than 3 kg per sq.m comprising of the following and testing of following: (a) 10 mm thick rendering or screed bed or bedding layer in cement sand mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement, finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement. (b) One coat of Bitumen primer confirming to IS-3384-1965 @ 0.3 lit per sqm. (c) Applying a tack coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 kg/sq.m confirming to IS-702-1998 for water proofing membrane. (d) Providing APP modified polymeric water proofing membrane having weight not less than 3 kg per sq.m with 100 mm wide side or end lap and joint sealed with flamed torched pasted over full length. (e) Again Applying a tack coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 kg/sq.m confirming to IS-702-1998 for water proofing membrane. (f) Spreading of coarse sand over entire bitumen surface and topping with 40mm thick brick tiles laid over and including provision of 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 and joints shall be pointed with CM 1:3, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Water proofing compound to be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound, complete all as specified and directed.
