Providing, fixing and testing for replacement of HT Cable and Relocation of Electric Poles at Water Supply Scheme Fairview.

Electrical works to be carried out at water Supply Scheme Fairview by way of replacement of whole 11 KV transmission line, which includes providing and fixing of 35 sqmm XLPE insulated, 11/11KV-E, 3-core armoured industrial Aluminium HT cable conforming to IS 7098 (Part2) 2011 with latest Amendments. (Preferred make: /Havells/L&T/Polycab) for the first 50 metres from the tapping point, passing over Gupkar road, and providing and fitting of 11KV 0.05 ACSR conductor(450m) for the remaining 150 metres length up to the HT transformer. The job also includes uprooting the HT poles from the present position (02 No), digging trenches by labour/ mechanical means fixing the uprooted HT poles in these trenches by providing and laying of Cement concrete as per directions of Engineer in-charge, fixing of cable to HT poles, providing and fitting of termination kits (2 no.) and thimbles as per site requirement, providing and fitting of Hot-Dip Galvanized 11KV V-shaped cross arm (6 no.) along with top clamps, nuts bolts as per REC standards, providing and fitting of 11KV polymer pin insulators(18 no.) with necessary nuts/bolts, removal of obstructing tree branches along the alignment, and carrying out megger test of the transformer to ensure proper functioning.
