Cement Concrete 1:4:8 ( One Cement, Four Sand and Eight aggregate) mix using 40 mm ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and labour charges for mixing, laying, curing etc complete as per the standard specification.

Steel centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting upto 3.00 M height for Retaing wall, SWD wall sies etc; with all cross bracibngs using mild steel sheets of size 90cmx60 cmx 10 gauge stiffend with welded mils dteel angels of size 25mm x 25mm x 6mm for boarding laid over silver oak (country wood) joists of size 10 cmx6.5 spaced at about 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10 cm to 13 cm dia spaced at 75 cm centre to centre etc; complete.

Fabrication, supply, delivery and Erection of outside MS Spiral Staircase Ladder using MS Pipe Pillarof 420mm with wall thick of 12mm, Vertical Pipe Pillar Top & Bottom of Pipe closed with 12mm thick MS Plate, Vertical Pipe Pillar tied with OHT column using ISMC of 75mm x 40mm, Steps using MS equal angles 30mm x 30mm x 4mm of outer frame and cross ties of Tread with MS flat of 32mm x 6mm, Landing over OHT cover slab floor using ISMC of 75mm x 40mm Base under chase Bar, Top landing Tread cum Foot resting steps using 32mm x 6mm, Hand Rail of MS Pipe of Dia. 42.5mm, 2.8mm wall thick, with vertical supports of 12mm square MS Rod, alround tied with 32mm x 6mm MS flats, including cost of all materials, laboure charges for cutting to required size and Shape, welding, filing, Transporting from workshop to worksite with Heavy Vehicle, Loading the Fabricated Spiral Staircase segment pieces at Workshop, Unloading at Work site from Vehicle and Lifting Staircase segments for weldig joting to proper, excluding cost of Painting including red oxide priming coat etc., complete as directed by the departmental Engineers.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3 - mix (one part cement, one & haif sand and three part of aggrigate) using 20mm size ISS HBG metal from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site. Loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing. Laying and curing etc. complete. Complying with std. specifications.. TNDSS NO: 24V, VI (S2) V,VI (S5A) VII.

Painting with two coats with Enamel paint for outer surface including cost of New Iron work and wooden Work with one coat of Enamel paint including materials labour etc complete,.as per standard specifications and as directed by Engineer

Exterior Emulsion paint Two coats with good quality of approved Emulsion paint including cost of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing applying and proper curring etc., Complete as per Standard Specifications as directed by TWAD Board officers
