Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches including cutting the patch in proper shape and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish outside the University Campus. With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand)

Providing and applying white cement based putty of 1.0 mm thickness (avg.) of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content.With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/liter

Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/ liter of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour. Two or more coats

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position : Salwood including one coat of wood primer & then two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved brand & shade . (Sample of Salwood to be got approved from the Engineer-in-charge).

Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS: 2202 (Part I) decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched teak 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters.With ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws.35 mm thick including one coat of wood primer & then two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved brand & manufacture.

Providing and fixing glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows using 10 Kg/Sqm. (4 mm thick) glass panes including black enamelled ISI marked M.S butt hinges with necessary screws. 35mm thick shutter Second class deodar wood including applying a coat of wood primer and then painting with synthetic enamal paint of approved brand and manufacture.

Providing and fixing 35mm thick wire gauze shutters using galvanised M.S. wire gauze of average width of aperture 1.4mm with wire of dia. 0.63 mm for doors, windows and clerestory windows including ISI marked bright finished or/and black enamelled M.S. butt hinges with necessary screws : 35mm thick shutter Second class deodar wood including applying a coat of wood primer and then painting with synthetic enamal paint of approved brand and manufacture.
