Taking down cement plaster of any description, any thickness from external surfaces of walls/soffits etc. incl raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for cement plastering 15mm thick in cemet mortar 1:6 on brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement plastering 5mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 as on ceilings or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement plastering 15mm thick in two layers in cemet mortar 1:4 including mixing of liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions on brick work or concrete surfaces or in chajjas/parapet walls etc finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed. Make : Pidilite/Sika

M&L applying 02 coats of interior emulsion paint preparation of newely plaster surfaces (light shade) @ 10 sq.m/litre/2 coats by using roller/brush to new surfaces , over a coat of putty thickness vary from 1 to 1.5 mm over & including a coat of interior wall primer @ 10 sq.m/litre/1 coat as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of interior emulsion by using following brands of emulsion and primer complete all as specified and directed. Make of Interior Wall Primer : Asian / Berger / Nerolac [Best Quality]. Make of Interior Emulsion : Asian (TRACTOR) / Berger (BISON) / Nerolac (BEAUTY SMOOTH)

M&L for preparation of newely plaster surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified.

M&L applying 02 coats of exterior emulsion paint preparation of newely plaster surfaces (light shade) @ 5 sq.m/litre/2 coats by using roller/brush to new surface of walls/RCC surfaces/soffits of chajjas/roof projections/cantilevers/balcony etc surfaces over a coat of wall putty thickness vary from 1 to 1.5 over & including a coat of exterior wall primer @ 11 sq.m/litre/1 coat as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of exterior emulsion by using following brands of emulsion and primer complete all as specified and directed. Make of Exterior Wall Primer : Asian / Berger / Nerolac [Best Quality]. Make of Exterior Emulsion : Asian (ACE) / Berger (WALMASTA) / Nerolac (SURAKSHA SUPERIOR)

Cutting grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified nd directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of unreinforced Concrete in any description and pavings n exc 15 cm thicknes not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed .

Material & Labour PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, wheel guard and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating and also including provision of necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in water srorage tank of any size/capacity/description/position located on terrace of the building including moving the demolition portions to low lying area or out of defence land all as specified and directed.

S&F trippled layered rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top / cover) 500 Ltrs capacity hoisted and fixed in position all as specified including ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and fly nut complete screwed for 20mm bore iron pipe and including GI nipple/union of 20mm bore to connect GI tubing to PVC tank complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick work of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified & directed .

M&L Brick work using sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer –In -Charge.

Brick work using sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 but using old bricks obtained obtained from demolition complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer –In -Charge.

M&L Brick work with sub clas 'B' bricks, straight as curved on plan to any radius in half brick work wall but in cement mortar 1:4

Rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:6 to the brick/ concrete surfaces finishing the surface even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified.

Rendering 5 mm thick in CM 1:3 to the brick/ concrete surfaces in ceiling, finishing the surface even & smooth complete all as specified.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of Oil bound distemper over one coat of chalk whiting over a coat primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of brick tiles or terracing tiles single layers on roofs complete all as specified.

Demolition of mud phuska on roof any thickness all as directed.

M&L for 40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in roof padding, levelling course, including providing neat cement slurry @ 3Kg/Sqm including preparing slab surface with wire brushing complete and finishing top surface of PCC rough & even to receive the bedding layer including necessary formwork complete all specified and directed by Engr in charge

Material & Labour for APP based polymeric membrance minium weighing 3.6 kg/sqm and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less then 150 gms/sqm) laid on primed surface including priming surface of roof by applying bituminous primer not less then 0.40 Ltr/sqm by the same mambrance manufacturer of density 0.87 to 0.89 kg/ Ltr at 250 C temp and viscosity 70-16 cps laid by the authorised agent of the manufacturer duly approved in writting before executing the treatment complete and prepration of surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : IWL / Shiva Bitumen/Bengal bitumen. Note : 10% of the amount of water proofing treatment items shall be kept reserverd and contractor shall give 10 years written guarantee for water proofing. However contractor can deposit a FDR of same amount and if contractor fails to rectify the defects occured during this period the same shall be get rectified at contractor's risk and cost and payment shall be made by encashing the FDR deposited for this purpose.

Material & Labour 40mm thick Brick tile laid over cement screed bed 15mm thick in CM 1:6 and pointed in CM 1:3 mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

All as per item no. above here-in-before but except tiles complete all as specified and directed by engr- in charge. Note : Old serviceable bricks tiles as obtained from dismantling shall be reused after proper cleaning.

Raking out joints/ pointing to brick work or brick tiles, laid flat, in floors built in cement mortar, surface channels, roofs, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Flush pointing to brick tiles laid flat as in pavings/Roof in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position after Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc all as specified

Taking up or down steel tubing & connection including cleaning and refixeing for 15mm dia

Taking up or down steel tubing & connection including cleaning and refixeing for 20mm

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to Store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories)

S&F in repairs PVC(HDPE) SWR RWP, 150 mm bore, single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints using solvent as per maunfacture instruction, fixed to walls complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : Astral / Prince / Finolex

S & F in repairs 150 mm bore PVC (SWR) bends of any radius complete all as specified and directed.
