CONSTRUCTION OF FOOT STORE BUILDING AT CHANDRIGAM

Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed:

Providing and laying stone soling tightly hand packed under foundations, footings ,floors etc. including carriages of materials from source to site of work complete in all respects.

Providing & laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering all works upto plinth level.:-1:4:8 ( 1 cement: 4 coarse sand: 8 graded stone agg/ 40mm nominal size) Crushed aggregate)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement.:-1:2:4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 15°, landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases upto five level including curing but excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 5.3.1 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Reinforcement for R. C. C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars .( All work at all levels complete.)

Providing & laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering all works upto plinth level :-1:2: 4( 1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone agg/ 20mm nominal size) crushed aggregate) for mass concrete works

Providing form work including Centering ,shuttering , strutting, propping etc. using ply wood sheeting with water proofing ply board and removal of the same for ( All works at all levels complete.).-nd removal of the same for ( All works at all levels complete.).-Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform with waterproofing ply 12 mm thick

Providing form work including Centering ,shuttering , strutting, propping etc. using ply wood sheeting with water proofing ply board and removal of the same for ( All works at all levels complete.).-nd removal of the same for ( All works at all levels complete.).-Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc linner walls

Brick masonry with FPS bricks of class designation 75 in super structure up to floor V level in cement mortar 1:6 (1cement: 6 cement coarse sand). complete in all respects
