PART -" B" - WMM & Hard Shoulder

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100kN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400.11 & 400.12 and MoRD Specification Clause 406. By Mechanical Means with lead up 11 km to 20 Km

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded crusher borken material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC , carriage of mixed material to work site upto lead of 1000m spreading in uniform layers with Tractor Mount Grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per MoRD Specification Clause 401. PART -" C" - B.T. Work

Low porosity Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per MoRD Specification Clause 502

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per MoRD Specification Clause 503.

Providing and laying bituminous macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of grading as per Table 500.4 premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site with all leads laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRD Specification Clause 504. Bitumen (VG-10)

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either Type A or Type B or Type C as per MoRD Specification Clause 508. Case - II By Mechanical Means Bitumen (VG-10). Add extra for adding Shreaded Plastic Waste as per Guidelines envisaged in IRC:SP:98-2013 over Item No. 5.9 of Bitumenous Surface Course @ 8% of the quantity of Bitumen by weight including mixing of aggregate and plastic waste in Hot Mix Plant( The Bitumen content will be as per respective Clause of MoRD Specifications)

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type A, Type B and Type C as per MoRD Specification Clause 510 By Mechanical Means Case - II : Type B Bitumen (VG-10)

Providing and fixing of typical PMGSY informatory sign board with Logo as per MORD specifications and drawing. Three plates of Aluminium Composite Materials (ACM), material specifications as per Clause 1701.3.7. The top most plate will be in diamond shape of 600mm x 600 mm size, riveted over welded M.S. angle iron frame of 25 mm x 25mm x 5mm size on back on edges. The middle plate will be 1200 mm x 150 mm size riveted over welded M.S. angle iron frame of 25mm x 25mm x 5 mm size on back on edges. The main lower most plate will be 1500 mm x 600 mm size, riveted over welded M.S. angle iron frame of 25 mm x 25 mm x 5 mm size. Welding of all the sheets over angle iron frame will be done neatly to have plain surface on one side. The angle iron frames of the lower most plate and the middle plate will be welded to two nos. 75 mm x 75 mm (12 SWG) sheet tubes posts placed at 1125 mm apart centre to centre. The top of the middle plate will be flushed with the top of 75 mm dia medium steel tube posts and these posts will be embedded in cement concrete M15 grade blocks of 450 mm x 450 mm x 600 mm below ground level.The height of bottom of the lower most plate will be 1200 mm from normal ground level and the bottom of middle plate will be 100 mm above the top level of the lower most plate. All the sections of frame and posts will be painted with primer and two coats of Epoxy paint. The steel tube below ground level will be painted with three coats of Epoxy paint. The design, painting and lettering shall be done as per approved drawing. For warranty and durability the clause 1701.5 and for maintenance the clause 1911 shall be applicable.
