Manning and operation of Package Type AC Plant and DG Set installed at I - Level and 3003 UAV Sqn by deploying 01 No Ref Mech (Semi Skilled) in each shift round the clock in three shifts from 0600Hrs to 1400Hrs, 1400Hrs to 2200Hrs and 2200Hrs to 0600Hrs (Total 03 Operators per day including Sundays and Holidays all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. PLANTS INSTALLED AT I-LEVEL (i) Electrically operated Package Type Air Conditioner Plant (air cooled) 2 x 17 TR running and one standby. (ii) Diesel engine driven Generator Set of capacity 125 KVA. Make- Sudhir (iii) Diesel engine driven Generator Set of capacity 125 KVA . Make- Greaves. PLANTS INSTALLED AT 3003 UAV SQN (i) Electrically operated Package Type Air Conditioner Plant (water cooled) 2 x 16.5 TR running and one standby. (ii) Diesel engine driven Generator Set of capacity 320 KVA . Make- Greaves.

Manning and operation of the DG set as per manufacturer’s manual round the clock in three shifts, cut off Main supply and switching on DG set manually, bring to correct speed, adjust voltage and frequency on panel board for taking up the pre determined load every day for operation of DG sets (including Sundays and Holidays) at Signal Centre (MRB) at AF Station Jammu by deploying 01 No DG Set operator/FGM (Semi Skilled) round the clock in three shifts from 0600Hrs to 1400Hrs, 1400Hrs to 2200Hrs and 2200Hrs to 0600Hrs (Total 03 DG Set operator/FGM per day including Sundays and Holidays) all as directed by Engineer-in-charge for following DG Sets: - (a) DG Set Capacity - 125 KVA, Make: Sudhir (b) DG Set Capacity - 160KVA, Make: Greaves (c) DG Set Capacity - 250 KVA, Make: Sudhir

Notes for Item No 1.00 & 2.00: Quoted rates deemed to be inclusive for the following:-

(i) Carrying out daily inspection and checks of plant being operated (i.e. DG set/Pumps/AC Plant, etc ) as per manufacturer’s manual and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge (ii) Cleaning of fuel tank as required for DG set. (iii) Cleaning of filters and equipment installed for AC Plants (iv) Checking and topping/replacement of engine oil, coolent and distilled water. Note: Engine oil, Coolent and Distilled water shall be issued by the department free for filling and will be filled in the equipment by the labour deployed by the contractor and Engineer-in-Charge has to maintain the complete record of such fuel/materials to be isuued as per standard operating practice. (v) Any minor parts like nuts, bolts, washers, grease, oil, battery terminals, sundry Items like cotton waste, T & P, stationary, etc required to upkeep the surrounding area and maintainance of installations. (vi) Plant Room and surroundings is/are to be maintained neat and dry including removing of vegetation/shrubs and grass around the Plant Room (vii) No claim whatsoever shall be admissible regarding distance between plants/installation and location of plant/installation to be kept operational under above items.

(viii) Contractor Shall install & Maintain digital Bio-metric attendance systems at the installation as required to record the attendance of the personnel and authorised admin for Bio matric machine will be the concern JE E/M Incharge of the installation all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge (ix) The personnel employed by the Contractor must be technically qualified having Govt approved ITI with minimum two years experience/ A person having seven years experience in the relavent trade/Ex servicemen of the relavent trade and shall have adequate knowledge of operation and maintenence of AC Plant & DG sets and on acceptance of the agreement, contractor shall produce the copies of educational qualifications and experience certificates of tradesmen being employed in the work to the Engineer-in-Charge. (x) Persons employed must have Aadhar number and linked bank account.

(xi) It is an express condition of the contract that payment of wages to tradesmans/workers deployed at site of work shall be made through bank account of individuals only. The contractor deposit/ distribute the payment in first week of every month and will confirm to Engineer-in-Charge by submitting the bank transaction document from bank. The salary paid to the trademen /worker shall not be less than minimum wages/fair wages as notified (revised) time to time by Govt (generally w.e.f. 01 Apr and 01 Oct every year). (xii) Fuel for running of DG sets shall be supplied by the departmrnt as Free-issue, however labour component involved for collection of fuel from AGE E&M yard and transporting to installation sites shall be done by the contractor without any extra cost to the department and under the strict supervision of Engineer-in-Charge. (xiii) The AC Plants and Generator sets shall be operated on all working days, Sundays and Holidays and/or as and when required by the Users.

(xiv) Running record of plants shall be maintained by the operator on duty and shall be deposited to department monthly. Log Sheets for maintaining records of DG Set, Hours Run and AC Plant Run shall be supplied by the firm in format as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and cost thereof shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted . (xv) Duty roster duly affixed the photographs of the individual on duty will be displayed at duty room. (xvi) Any parts required to be replaced during servicing, overhauling of AC Plants, DG Set will be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of schedule. (xvii ) In case of Non deployment of operator on duty, non rectification of defects / cleaning of installation, non maintenance of log sheets and other records in the installation on particuar day, it shall be considered that operator is absent on duty and recovery at double cost of rate quoted by contractor shall be deducted by the Engineer-in-Charge from the dues without any notice to the Firm.

(xviii) The contractor on acceptance will acquire valid entry passes from Security Section Air Force for entering in restricted area (xix) Contractor shall be responsible to operate any additional plant if installed in the premises of installation during the contract period without any extra payment. (xx) Contractor shall be inspected all the plants/installation & see the condition of plants & contractor is advised to quoted his rates accordingly. (xxi) Operator on duty must be in proper uniform with name of firm as approved by Engineer-in-Charge. No casual/Fancy dresses are allowed (xxii) Plant shall be handed over to contractor in operating state on the commencement date through a suitable inventory to be signed by the contractor and the Engineer-in-Charge and returned back to the department in the same state. (xxiii) Duty roster duly affixed the photographs of the individual on duty will be displayed at duty room.

Comprehensive maintenance of Package type AC Plant installed at 3003Sqn through authorised agent of original equipment manufacturer including carrying out preventive maintenance and servicing as per Manufacturerer's manual, Repair and overhauling, Discaling of compressor, Cleaning of filters, cooling coils, Detecting and arresting of leakages of air/gas/lubricants/fuel etc, attending breakdown and rectification of all type of defects including electrical, electronic circuits & drives, mechanical and refrigeration/air conditioning including taking down unserviceable parts, spares as and when required for the following Plants all as specified and directed by Enginner-in-Charge: - (A) Location: 3003 SQN (a) Package Type AC Plant 34 TR Make : Blue Star (b) Package Type AC Plant 33 TR Make: Voltas

Notes: (a) Original copy of purchases, order placed to dealer of OEM and paid vouchers slong with servicing report shall be submitted to Engineer-in-Charge before payment. Servicing shall be carried out strictly and if contractor fails to execute this item, department will be carried out this work through on its own (or other agency) and any expenditure occured will be recovered from this contract. (b) HCL, Chemical and T & P required for cleaning and descaling and nut, bolts, washers, distilled water, shall be included in the unit rate quoted against this item. (c) Spares replaced will be measured and paid saperately under respective Items. (d) Breakdowns shall be attended on priority as and when occured and rectification of defect shall be carried out in less than 24 Hrs for minor inhouse repairs and within 01 Week for measure repair or which require Machine/Plant to be shifted to workshop. (e) Payment of manning against Item No 1 will not be considered if Plant is not working more than 12Hrs due to any defect or improper maintenance.

Clabour for maintenance of DG sets installed at 3003 Sqn and MRB including carrying out quarterly/Half yearly/Yearly inspection, preventive maintenance and servicing as per manufacturer's manual, repair and overhauling, attending breakdown and rectification of defects with taking out unserviceable spares as and when required for the following plants all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge: - (A) Location: 3003 SQN: (a) DG Set 320 KVA, Make: Greeves (b) DG Set 125 KVA, Make: Greeves (c) DG Set 125 KVA, Make: Cummins (B) Location: MRB: (a) DG Set 125 KVA, Make: Cummins (b) DG Set 160 KVA, Make: Greeves (c) DG Set 250 KVA, Make: Cummins

Notes: (a) Quarterly/Half yearly/Yearly routine maintenance shall be carried out strictly and copy of servicing report should be submitted to Engineer-in-Charge failing which recovery will be made at twice the quoted rates. (b) Chemicals and T&P required for cleaning and descaling and nuts, bolts, washers, distilled water, etc. shall be included in over all unit rate qouted against this item. (c) Quoted rates shall be inclusive of disconnecting, repairing, calibration, testing of fuel injection pump assembly of any capacity inclduing replacement of seal spring nozzle 'O' ring and minor worn out nuts, bolts, sockets, etc and testing on full load as directed.

(d) Quoted rates shall be inclusive of repair to water pump including servicing, cleaning and replacement of water body, kit seal cup, screw ring retainer and burnt out nuts, bolts etc of any size and capacity. (e) Quoted rates shall be inclusive of dismantling, repairing, calibration and testing of turbo charger including replacement of turbo charger kit, split seal, cup screw, ring retainer and worn out nuts, bolts, etc of capacity 320/125 KVA DG set of any make of engine complete all as specified and as directed. (f) Quoted rates shall be inclusive of discaling and cleaning of radiator and Fuel tank. (g) Other spares which are not listed here-in-before will be measured and paid seperately under respective items.

Supply only Refrigerant R-22 to Package Type AC Plant as Approved complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only following provisional items to be incorporated in the work against relevant items here in before for DG set of capacity 125KVA/160KVA/ 250KVA/320KVA. As per existing make and type.

Supply, assembly and erection of GI sheet with C & SS rectangular/square duct made out of 'L' shaped hollow profile, duly factory boxed, incl all accessories such as Corner, Cleat, Carriage bolt, Gasket and appropriate sealant on longitudinal joints etc complete of size 20 Gauge including removal of insulation and taking down old unserviceable ducting and refixing the old insulation in position after providing nes sheet complete all as specified and as directed.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-II (Schedule of credit) Credit amount of Rs (Refer schedule of credit) for retrieved material mentioned in Sch 'A' Part-II of Tender documents in PDF form will be deducted offline during acceptance of tender of lowest bidder.
