Supply, installation, connecting, testing and commisssioning reversible type (Hot and cool) hi wall split units indoor/outdoor air conditioning unit, 2 Ton , with in built air ioniser and Plasma filter for better indoor air quality with minimum 3 star rating and EER 3.23 star, eco friendly refrigerant complete with drive motor, air cooled copper condenser with all accessories varied speed, including fixing the out door units with mounting bracket , made Up of heavy duty GI steel, wall mounted type, Powder coated incl nuts & bolt wall/roof etc as per manufacture recomendation and fixing of room unit on wall, providing and making interconnection , including refregerent piping with nitryle rubber insulation and control cable from indoor to out door, first charging of refrigerant gas including cordless remote with AAA battery, including cutting of wall/window and grouting of nut bolts for installation of AC. Making good disturbed surfaces by means of using sand, cemet, including taking down carefully AC indoor & outdoor unit of any capacity or model by certified technician from 1AFSB premises after disconnecting all electric connection including safely recover refrigerant with proper tools and protective gear, remove indoor unit gently, ensure compressor and fan are disconnected properly and keep to the MES store safely etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No 1.00 here-in-above but for capacity of 1.5 TR complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of water cooler electric driven (single phase), fully stainless steel body, suitable for continious operation including inner tank with approximate storage capacity of 80 ltrs ( 80 ltrs storage capacity), suitable for operation on 230 volts, 50 Hz AC supply, complete with hermetically sealed compressor, efficient cooling system, adjustable thermostat, stainless steel taps, proper thermal insulation, electric wiring with overload protection, earthing arrangments, inlet and outlet water connections incl drain arrangments complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No 3.00 here-in-above but for storage capacity of 150 ltrs, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of refrigerator, single phase, suitable for continious operation, having storage capacity of 280 ltrs, BEE 5 Star rated, suitable for operation on 240V, 50 Hz AC supply. The refrigerator shall be of heavy-duty construction, suitable for institutional use, provided with hermetrically sealed compressor, energy-efficient cooling system and eco-friendly refrigerant conforming to statutory requirements. The unit shall be provided with adjustable thermostat for tempreture control, adequate thermal insulation, internal shelves, vegitable tray, door gasket, lock arrangement (where required) and internal illumination. The refrigerator, shall be complete with necessary electric wiring, overload protection, earthing arrangment, power cord and plug top complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No 5.00 here-in-above but for storage capacity of 165/175 ltrs, BEE 5 Star rated, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of metal top deep freezer, electric driven, single phase, suitable for continious operation, having storage capacity of 320 ltrs, suitable for operation on 240V, 50 Hz AC supply. The deep freezer shall be of heavy-duty metal top construction, suitable for commercial/ institutional use, provided with hermetrically sealed compressor, energy-efficient cooling system and eco-friendly refrigerant conforming to statutory norms. The unit shall be provided with adjustable thermostat for tempreture control, proper thermal insulation, internal storage basket(s), lock arrangment, and suitable drainage system. The freezer shall be complete with necessary electric wiring, overload protection, earthing arrangment, power cord and plug top complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement of metal sheet enclousers with socket plug top and MCB single pole and netural with two pin and earth plug with SP MCB 20 Amps 240 volts capacity suitably fixed in a weather proof metal enclousers complete all as specified and directed.

S & F MCB SP 10 to 32 Amps, 10 KA rating, 240 volts C Curve type complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for sub main wiring with two run of single core FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable of 2.5 Sqmm drawn through in and including new PVC casing caping (heavy duty) with all fittings including earth continuity single wire FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable 2.5 Sqmm (green insulation) with any type of civil work including making good to disturbed surfaces to match existing surface complete all as specified and directed. Note: Two run of 2.5 sqmm wire and one run of 2.5 sqmm wire as earth wire including PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit.
