Supply of integrally finned high efficiency copper/copper alloy tubes suitable for condenser of Mc Quay make Single Screw Water Cooled Chiller of model PFS330.3 with nominal diameter of 19mm complete as per OEM specifications. (Contractor shall visit the site and physically verify the size of the tube for suitability before supplying)
Supply of Lube Oil Grade :Mobile EAL Arctic ISO 68# Lubricant or equivalent approved by OEM.
Supply of Refrigerant Gas HCFC-134 a or equivalent approved by OEM.
Supply of Oil filters (9 Nos. of filters/chiller), drier cores (3 Nos. of cores/chiller) and Gasket Set suitable for chiller of make Mc Quay and model Single Screw Water Cooled Chiller PFS330.3
Labour for removing the existing copper tubes from the condenser and fitting with new copper tubes complete as required. The removed copper tubes shall be handed over to AAI.
Labour for recovery of existing refrigerant gas and lube oil, pressure testing with Nitrogen gas, minor repairs like arresting of any minor oil/gas leakages, carrying out vacuum test, replacing of oil filters and drier core, filling up with lube oil and charging of refrigerant gas, testing and commissioning of chillers complete as per OEM recommendations and as per the instructions of Engineer-in- Charge as required. Necessary cylinders/containers for storing of refrigerant and lube oil removed from the chillers shall be arranged by the contractor.
