Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge, thickness including Nainital or similar pattern roof covering, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per item No 3 but plain sheets as in ridges and roof covering,eaves gutter all as specified and directed

S&F in repairs position suspended false ceiling of 4mm thick Non asbestos(Designer) fibre cement building boards fixed or laid/ inserted to timber/GI/Aluminium framework with grid system of grid size 600x600mm with anodised GI podwer coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) frame work of main runner 35 x 25mm sheet thickness 0.7mm, cross Tee 35 x 25mm sheet thickness 0.7mm and wall angle 25 x 25mm x 0.7mm and using 4mm thick Non asbestos fibre cement building boards to be placed in the grid suspended by 4mm GI wire hangers from the purlins of the roof with butter fly clips by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long complete all as specified, including dismantling wall and ceiling boards any thickness including cover fillets/ GI /Alumnium form work . complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls or stone walls of any description etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick in two layers (10+5) on fair faces or other than fair faces of brick work, concrete surface,stone masonary in cement mortar (1:6), finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge. Note: Necessary additional dubbing if required will be done by contractor and nothing extra cost is admissible in this account.all as specified and directed.
