Supply and fix steel tubing 15mm dia medium grade galvanized with all fittings and fixtures fixed to wall ceiling or laid on floor all as specified and as directed

Supply and laying CPVC Pipes 20mm Outer dia SDR 11 and Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings in trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 20 mm dia steel tubing medium grade galvanized with all fittings and fixtures fixed to wall ceiling or laid on floor all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectngular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for glazed ceramic coloured tiles as in verticle surfaces, 7 to 8mm thick (Square/rectangular), area of each tile exceeding 0.11sqm but not exceeding 0.18sqm, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:3 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. all as directed.

Material and labour for mechine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25 mm thick over and including cement screed base 20 mm thick in CM 1:6 laid and jointed with white cement slurry with pigment including cutting and polishing all as directed.

Taking down Shutters of any description exc 1 sqm and not exc 2 sqm each and refixing in same opening all as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) in ground floor and paving not exc. 15cm thickness (below or above ground level.) all as directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4, type B1, 40mm thick, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring and finished surface even and smooth using extra cement all as directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6, type C2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate 75mm thick as in plinth protection, finished concrete surfaces even and fair all as directed.

Demolition of brick work including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, built in cement mortar all as directed.

Material and labour for Lean concrete (PCC) type E2 1:5:10 using 40 mm graded granite stone aggregate all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 mixed with WPC on concrete/brick surface in sunken portion finished even and smooth without using extra cement. (WPC shall be measured and paid seaparately).

Applying evenley a tack coat of industrial bitumen grade 85/25 at the rate of 1.20kg/sqm including cleaning surfaces.

Material and labour for and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer including preparation of newly plastered surfaces all as directed.
