Excavation in hilly areas in all heights and depths and in all kinds of soil by manual/mechanical means including saturated soil comprising of ordinary soil ,ordinary rock ,soft rock ,hard rock chiseling, wedging out rock(where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil setting out true to the required lines, grades, width, cutting and trimming of side slopes and levels as shown on the drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at site, according to the MORD technical specification clause 300 and 1600 and sorting out useful materials and stacking the same within in all leads and lifts in acquired road width and transportation of un-useful materials for filling in roadways camber ,embankments for grade improvements and disposal of all surplus materials to approved dumping sites through all modes of transportation including head load or animal transport or mechanical means alongwith its leveling fine dressing and carriage of machineries ,materials, tools ,equipments and safety measures and other incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and / labour if required. Recovery of stones to the tune of 936.32 cubic metre quantity @ Rs. 300(Rupees three hundred) only shall be effected from the contractor's running bill on pro-ratabasis as per actual quantity executed. Earth work in excavation for all type of road structure such as retaining walls, breast walls, culverts, drains and parapets etcetera in all type of classification of soil, comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock , hard rock chiseling / wedging out rocks (where blasting is prohibited) as per drawings and MORD technical specification section 300 and 1600 and as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge including setting out, shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of materials upto any lead and lift including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable / approved materials to the original surface in layers not exceeding 150mm one hundred fifty millimeters) compacted thickness including shoring and strutting and pumping and bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) upto any depth and any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. (four hundred seven kilogram) per cubic metre with 20mm (twenty millimetre) nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate including curing complete including cost of form work but excluding the cost of reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in deck slab and wheel guard etcetera complete including hauling of materials in all kinds of leads, lifts and other incidental, as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and laying 50 mm ( Fifty millimetre) thick mastic asphalt wearing courseon top of slab using paving grade bitumen VG-30 (VG-thirty) meeting the requirements given in table 500-29, including roughening of surface with wire brush, cleaning the surface, applying a thin bitumenios tack coat of VG-30 (VG-Thirty) grade bitumen at the rate of 0.325 KG (zero decimal three two five kilogram) per square metre. After applying tack coat fixing chicken mesh reinforcement of 1.50 mm ( one decimal five zero millimetre) dia steel wire with hexagonal or rectangular opening of 20-25 mm ( twenty to twenty five millimetre) before pouring mastic asphalt prepared using mastic cooker for heating coarse aggregate filler and bitumen as per section 500 of MoRTH specification laid to required level and slope including providing antiskid surface with a layer of hard stone aggregate 13.2 mm ( Thirteen decimal two millimetre) of 9.5 mm ( Nine decimal five millimetre) nominal size as per direction of Engineer -in-Charge precoated with VG-30 (VG-thirty) grade bitumen applied at the rate of 0.005 cum ( Zero decimal zero zero five cubic metre) per 10 sqm ( ten square metre ) and rolled or pressed in to surface at approximate spacing of 10 cm (ten centimetre) centre to centre in both directions , when the temperature of surfaces not less than 100 degree C ( one hundred degree celcius) protruding 1 mm (one millimetre) to 4 mm (four millimetre) over mastic surface all complete as per section 500 including carriage of material within all leads, lift and other incidentals. Providing and laying bituminous concrete 30 mm ( thirty millimetre) thick with 100-120 (one hundred- one hundred twenty) TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 (seventy five) tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-10 (Viscosity grade-ten) at the rate of 5.5% ( five point five percent) of silicone nano techhnolozy (zycotherm) at the rate of 0.1 % ( zero point one ) percent by weight of bitumen binder of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification section 500 complete in all respects and as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.
