Providing and fixing of central verge spring post central verge base interlocking made of impact resistance plastic size 750X250X75 mm black and yellow having reflective red/ white strip 25mm on boh side provided with for steel zinc plated nails. Base to have one flexible plastic spring post of height 700mm having two reflective white sleeves on the top and bottom fixable to base with plastic flange and screws to firm grip and further to be fixed on road with the help of nails and apoxy to grip on surface complete in all respect with entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. Manufacturing ,supplying and fixing retro reflective Mandatory sign boards consisting of 600 mm Dia sign boards and definition plate of Size 600x230mm made up of 3mm thick ACP sheet,rivted with 25x25x3mm angle iron frame, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - IV of ASTM-D 4956-01 in blue and silver white or other color combination including subject matter, message ,symbols and borders etc. as per IRC ; 67:2001, pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying heat and pressure conforming to class -2 of ASTM-D-4956-01 and welding the same with 3660mm high vertical post of M.S. angles of size 50x50x5 mm welded with hold fast of same size 225 mm long at the bottom end to be embedded in ground with cement concrete 1:2:4 block of size 300 x 300 x 450mm. The plate is to be processed by stove enamel paint of approved brand and painting white and black color alternate bands of 300mm long over one coat of priming coat to vertical post and steel work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade and of approved brand & manufacture over priming coat, complete in all respects and to be entire specification of Engineer—in charge. Providing and fixing of cautionary sign board of size 90 x90x 90cm equilateral triangle (corner rounded off) consisting of ACP sheet 3mm thick. The retro reflective high intensity Type IV sheet will be provided on the base of sign plate and definition plate having size 600 x 300 mm. Red reflective border 65 mm wide shall also fixed on sign plate and black reflective shall be used as sign on sign plate and lettering on the definition plate. Both sign plate and definition plate are fixed over MS angle frame of size 25X25X3mm which is further fixed/welded on 3650 mm High vertical post of M.S. Angle iron 65 x65 x 5mm with anchorage piece of same angle of size 300mm long Embedded in C.C. 1:2:4 in the block of 300 x300x 450 complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. Providing and fixing dual- directional dielinator made out of 16gauge M.S. rectangular pipe of size 25x68mm and of length 750mm. Pipe funished with deluxe multi surface paint two or more coate. Head made out of ABS plastic rectangular moulded with flat face provided with High intensity prismatick reflectors of colour (white/yellow /red) of size 100x125mm with additional 2 reflective strips of 25mm wide Embedded in CC 1:2:4 of bock size of 9" x9" x 12" complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. Providing and fixing of Pedestal type five arrow reflective sign board made of 1.2 mm thick CRC sheet of size 915mm x 250mm fixed on a frame of M.S. Squre pipe 25x25x1.5mm thick @1.10 kg/m with 2 Nos vertical posts of 760mm long with 75mm long hold fasts of same size. The base of front side of the board shall have white colour high intensity retro reflective sheet type IV with five nos arrows of red colour high intensity retro reflective sheet type IV fixed on it. The board will be painted with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand over one coat of primer and embedded in CC 1:2:4 in the block of 23cm x 23cm x 23cm complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Providing & Fixing of Factory made Fine Finished Cylindrical Bollard 150mm dia Fiber Reinforced Plastic moulds of size 950 high over ground level and 300mm below G.L. made with M:35 mix concrete design using 1250mm long 4 nos. 10mm dia TMT steel bars, 6mm dia stirrups @ 150mm c/c consisting 2 cuts of 75 mm high at top for retro reflector sheet type-IV, fiber reinforcement plastic moulds fixed in ground with C.C. 1:2:4 block of size 300x300x300 with base of C.C.1:5:10 block of size 300x300x100mm complete in all respect as per drawing / sketch and to to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. Providing and fixing of Raised Pavement markers (Cat eyes) of make 3m series/ Avery Denninson 80/C-80 confirmaing to SDTM D4280 type H with micro prismatic lens and both sides with 13 Sq cum retro-reflective surface area in each lens, having two no. 3cm shanks and fixing the same with suitable epoxy after cutting the road surface for embebbing shanks complete in all respects and to the entire saticfaction of the Engineer in charge. Providing and fixing of Speed Limit board of Size 1620 x 920mm made out of 3mm thick ACP Sheet fabricated with fram of M.S. rectangular pipe of 75 x 40 mm of 3mm thick having three numbers pipe In horizontal and two pipes in vertical position. The ACP sheet shall be fixed with aluminum alloy sheet rivets at suitable intervals on both sides of frame. The front side of board shall have retro reflective micro prismatic sheet type IV (HIP) and printed overlay to be fixed on reflective sheet. The support frame of M.S. rectangular pipe 75 x 40mm having 2100mm clear hight from ground to the bottom of board and 600mm in ground to be emebedded in C.C. 1:2:4 including painting of two or more coats of epoxy paint including priming coat and preparation of surface complete in all respect and to the entire satishfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
