Arranging uninterrupted water supply to the staff Quarters at P & T colony, Unit-IV, Bhubaneswar by utilizing the existing infrastructures of BSNL i.e. Centrifugal/Submersible pump sets, pump control panels & starters, water valves, overhead water tanks, UG water sumps, electric power supply system and other associated accessories/equipments etc. details as mentioned in Annexure- "A". The Agency has to ensure 24X7 availability of water in all quarters during all days of the month and has to perform the relevant activities and attending minor electrical faults in staff quarters, compound lights and pump houses etc. in a prompt manner as given in the Scope of work and as per the Technical specifications of the NIT. Compliance to all the statutory rules and regulations such as I.E. Rules 1956 with latest amendments, Central/state labour laws, local bylaws and safety rules etc. is mandatory.

Replacement of the defective switches/sockets/capacitors/ fan regulators etc. by the new one of following ratings etc. as required. (Make- Anchor/Havells/Cona/ISI)
