Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding and backing of any thickness complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick area of each tile exc 0.11 sqm but not exc 0.18 sqm, in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over 15mm thick screed bed or bedding in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for glazed ceramic tiles coloured of size 450x300x7mm/ 450x350x7mm thick as vertical surface set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles with 10mm thick rendering 1:4 for laying wall finishes complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for 100mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B2 (Using 40mm graded granite stone aggregate) in floorings complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 kg of cement per sqm complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (Using 20mm graded granite stone aggregate) cast in situ in lintels upto 1.5m span, cills and other similar bands, plinth courses, parapets, copings, bed plates and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed including use and waste of formwork complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for rendering in CM 1:4, 15mm thick on concrete or fair faces of brick /block surfaces finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster 1:4 with and including water proofing compound @ 200 ML per bag (50Kg) of cement as per manufacture's instruction on concrete surfaces/ stone masonry /block masonry/ brick, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: WPC will be measured and paid seperately as supply only under relevant item.

Material and labour for rendering in CM 1:3, 10mm thick on concrete surfaces ceiling finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster any description on brick or stone walls, RCC slab, ceiling etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc., including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surface of wall complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for preparation of old undecorated surfaces plastered or unplastered of wall and applying one coat of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix for framed work such as grills, gratings etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars; barred iron doors, ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work confirming to Fe-290, Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for injection grouting wherever required: grouting the joints through PVC injection nozzles fixed @ 1m c/c or less, using cement slurry grout with smartcare injection grout added @ 250 gm per bag of cement to full saturation etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for treatment of all concrete defects: Opening the joints/ cracks such as construction joints, cracks, corner joints and areas around honeycomb in the RCC slab/ tank concrete wall with polymer modified mortar complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Waterproofing coating: Material and labour for applying two component elastomeric acrylic polymer modified cementitious waterproofing coating, smartcare damp block 2K Suprema in 2 coats over the prepared surafce of floor and walls at a coverege of 1.5kg/sqm, the coating shall have 80% elongation as per ASTM D412, resisting 5 bars hytrostatic pressure as per DIN 1048, reduction to rapid chloride shall be 70 as per DIN 1048, crack bridging upto 1.2mm as per ASTM 4548.5. The coating shall have food grade certificate from laboratories like CFTRI. The mixing ratio of the coating shall be 2 parts of powder and 1 part of liquid without any water addition in the mixing, etc., complete as per manufacturers specifications complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply only WPC admixiture smart care vitallia complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and paving not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for cement concrete type B-2, 1:2:4 (Using 40mm graded stone aggregate) 100mm thick as floors, pavement etc., and finished the surface even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for 100mm thick cement concrete type D- 2, 1:4:8 (Using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in sub floors and finishing cement concrete surface even and rough complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix for posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, welding etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing demolished material i.e. building material concrete debris of any type etc., to a distance of 10 KM or beyond out of premises of metropolition area including loading, unloading by manually or by mechanical means (JCB and to be transported through trolly or tipper) and staking at the destination as and when directed by Engr-in-charge during execution complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of solar water heater of 500 ltr/day capacity glass line solar water heater with electrical heating back up in the evacuated tube collectors (ETC) are sealed on both ends to create vacuum, tube length 1800mm tank of insulation of polyurethane form, absorbing material of copper and absorbing coating of aluminium nitrate. He will be liable to repair/repalcement the same without any extra expenditure to the Govt.

Supply and fix for 3-layer PP-R (Polypropylene random co-polymer) concealed pipes SDR 7.4 (PN-16) UV stabillised and antimicrobial fusion welded having thermal stability for hot and cold water supply including all PP-plain and brass threaded poly propylene random fittings fixed complete to walls/ ceiling or laid on floors of 20mm outer dia pipe complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix for single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one double pole MCB of capacity 20 Amps 240 volts complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supplying, laying and connecting up and testing LT 1100 volts grade XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, electric power cable (Heavy Duty) galvanised steel strip armoured with stranded aluminium conductor of size 10 sqmm 2 core fixed to wall complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix for ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete screwed for PP-R pipe of 25mm (external) dia and fixed complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
