11.36C Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) , of approved make (Jhonson / Asian / Somany / Nitco) in all colours , shades of size 300 x 600 mm as approved in skirting , risers of steps and dados, over 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement with pigment of matching shade complete - size 300x600 mm

9.147D.4 Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour sliding glazed window upto 1.50m in height dimension comprising of uPVC multi - chambered frame with in-built roller track and sash extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 + or - 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to UPVC profile), appropriate dimension of uPVC extruded glazing beads and uPVC extruded interlocks, EPDM gasket, wool pile , zinc alloy (white powder coated) touch locks with hook , zinc alloy body with single nylon rollers (weight bearing capacity to be 40 kg), G.I. fastners 100 x8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame & sash shyall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc.After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealent over backer rod of required size and of approved quality , all complete as per approved drawing.(Single / double glass panes , wire mesh and silicon sealent shall be paid separately) - Three track three panels sliding window with fly proof SS wire mesh (Two nos. glazed & one no wire mesh panels ) made of (bigl series) frame 116 x 45 mm & sash 46 x 62 mm both having wall thickness of 2.3+ or - 0.2 mm and single glazing bead /double glazing bead of appropriate dimension.(Area of window above 1.75 sqm) - sliding window size 1.80x1.35 m.

17.1.1 Code No: 17.1.1: Providing and fixing water closet squatting pan (Indian type W.C.pan) with 100 mm Sand Cast Iron P or S trap, 10 litre low level white P.V.C flusing cistren, including flush pipe , manually controlled device (handle lever) conforming to IS : 7231 , with all fittings and fixtures complete,including cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required. White vitreous china Orissa pattern W.C.pan of size 580 x 440mm with integral type foot rests.

9.123 Providing and fixing facory made door frame (single rebate ) made out of single piece extruded solid PVC foam profile with homogenous fine cellular structure having smooth outer integral skin having 62 mm width & 32 mm thickness , frame will be mitred & jointed with self driven self tapping screws of size 38 mm x 4 mm & PVC solvent cement, including fixing the frame to wall with suitable dia & length anchor fastener as per manufacturer's specification.

9.124.1 Providing and fixing factory made 30 mm thick door shutter made of solid PVC foam profile. The styles & rails shall be of size 75 mm X 30 mm having wall thickness 5 mm. The styles, top & bottom rails shall have one side wall thickness of 15 mm integarally extruded on the hinge side of the profile for better screw holding power. The styles and rails shall be reinforced with M.S. tubes of size 33 mm x 17 mm x 1 mm , painted with primer, all four corners of reinforcement to be welded or sealed. Solid PVC extruded bidding (push fit type) will be set inside the styles and the rails with a cavity, to recive single piece extruted 5 mm PVC sheet as panel. The joint with the help of PVC solvent cement & self driven self tapping screws. Single piece extruded solid PVC lock rail of size 100 mm X 30 mm with wall thickness 5 mm &15 mm integrally extruded in the middle of the lock rail & fixed with styles with the help of PVC solvent cement and self driven self tapping screws of size 100 mm x 8mm complete as per manufacturer's specifications - Non decorative finish.

13.6.1 20mm cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

NON-PSR Applying two coats of DEK GUARD'S aliphatic acrylate compound over a coat of primer of required colour and shade as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
