Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1 :4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete Size of Tile 600x600 mm (HSR 10.63.2)

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08 % and conforming to I.S. 15622, of approved make, in all colours & shade, in skirting, riser of steps, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1 :3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joint with white cement & matching pigments etc. complete. (HSR 10.67.2) Size of Tile 600x600 mm

Providing and laying brick tiles over mumty roofs, grouted with cement mortar 1 :3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) mixed with 2% of integral water proofing compound by weight of cement, over 12 mm layer of cement mortar 1 :3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) and finished neat: With common burnt clay non-modular brick tiles of class (HSR 9.14.1)

Providing gola 75x75 mm in cement concrete 1: 2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate 10 mm and down gauge), including finishing with cement mortar 1 :3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) as per standard design In 75x75 mm deep chase (HSR 9.17.1)

Excavation for roadwork in soil by mechanical means including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead up to 1000m as per technical clause 301 of MORT&H specifications (HSR 17 .10.1)

Providing & laying 150 mm Granular Sub-Base with Coarse Graded Material - Grading-I (Table:- 400-2) Construction of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with Rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401.of MORT&H specifications. Grading I material (HSR 17.15.1) Note: - 1.Only crushed metal material should be used. No local earth sand shall be used. The material finer than 425 micron shall have zero Plasticity Index (PI). 2. Providing, laying 75/150 WBM (G-II) 53 mm to 22.4 mm (75 mm each layer) , spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/ vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density complete as per technical clause 404 of MORT&H specifications (HSR 17.23.2)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work below plinth level and up to Floor IV level: (HSR 6.1) 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size). (HSR 6.1.6).

Providing and Laying 80 mm thick ISI marked lntertocking Paver Blocks conforming to IS 15658:2006/IRC SP 63: 2004 of all shapes and colours in design mix cement M 40 over the bed of 30 mm thick fine sand complete in all respect. (HSR 17.69.2)

Recovery items: The rates quoted against recovery items will not be included in the total amount rather it will be deducted while calculating financial statement of the agency. Material obtained from dismantling of existing brick work, bituminous layer have been calculated taking assumption that 80% of theoretical material will be retrieved. The dismantled material can used in any of the item for the work after modification (bringing it to required specifications) after approval from employer. In case it is not possible to use this material on the work, the agency can take away this material. This material can be taken away by the agency at the price quoted by the agency but minimum price to be quoted is limited to reserve price as fixed and mentioned as under :- Good Bricks @ 5/-Each
