Daily operation and upkeepment of 11/0.433 KV,315 KVA indoor sub-station having Transformer-2 nos. Dry type, VCB panel-2 nos, LT PDB Panel-1 no. , Automatic Voltage Regulator-1 no, C.T, P.T, L.T PDB Panel etc. and all other electrical accessories and ancillaries as per instruction & satisfaction of EIC including checking of healthy condition of all draw out feeders daily by electrician having valid and appropriate License (worksmanship permit), issued by Directorate of Electricity(Licensing Board), Govt.of W.B. of of any other state Govt.of india or by person having ITI(Electrician) Certificate & finding to be recorded in the log book and switching ON/OFF of the indoor and outdoor Luminaries & other accessories as & when required & sweeping various rooms of the sub-station building on daily basis to maintain smooth power supply to High lift pump house, Gaseous chlorination plant & Daily labour charges with bonus(Once in a year) for operation, upkeepment & guarding of 4 nos, (2 W+ 2 S) Centrifugal pumping machineries of High lift Pump house by automatic panel including operation of valves, internal/external illuminations by engaging skilled worker as per specification and round the clock guarding of entire installation and sweeping of pump house complex on daily basis during working hours with all accessories as per direction of E.I.C. (5 Persons) (w.t.f. 01-09-2026 to 31-08-2027)=12 Months

Periodical inspection, thrice in a month by Electrical supervisor having valid Supervisors certificate of competency from Directorate of Electricity (Licencing Board) Govt. of West Bengal or under any other State Govt. of india along with Pump Technician/Supervisor Each visit should be recorded in the log Book (with date and time) to be supplied by the Agency and kept in the pump house building & sub-station. The supervisor requires to have through/in-depth inspection of all the electrical appliances to ascertain the healthy fault free operational condition of each equipments ie. ACBs,MCCB of LT PDB at substation and PLC panel at Pump House L.T PDB, Capacitors, pumps , valves, Acuators, Relays, Contactors, Timers, SFU etc. along with in house lighting system. (w.t.f. 01-09-2026 to 31-08-2027)=12 Months

Cleaning of contacts twice in a month by CRC 226 spray in the HT & LT panel board, cleaning all terminal sockets, coils once in month along with minor repairing ( if required) of the electrical equipments by supplying necessery sundry materials(Viz,fuses, indicating lamps, cotton waste etc.)/electro-mechanical accessories as required in presence of Electrical Supervisor/Electrician and to be recorded in the log book with all dates. (w.t.f. 01-09-2026 to 31-08-2027)=12 Months

Calibration of all meters viz. Ammeters, Voltmeters, kilowatt meter etc. and testing of all relays, LT & HT breakers, earting arrangement system including testing of transformer oil & AVR oil by an agency approved by Directorate of Electricity/WBSEDCL/Any Power Generating unit,twice in a year(preferably in the month of September and February)and submission of the test report in duplicate in compliance with the guidelines in each case as required and as per direction of EIC. (w.t.f. 01-09-2026 to 31-08-2027)=12 Months
