Taking down old ceiling fan/Exhaust fans/Wall mounting fans/ Air cirulators fan of any capacity/sweep after disconnecting the electric supply from any site, checking for its electrical defect and opening fans for checking of mechanical defect after dismantling of fan, carry out repair/over hauling including removing dust and grease, and cleaning of internal mechanical parts of fan with kerosene oil, checking of alignment of shaft, oiling and greasing, checking of worn out bearing and other defective parts, winding, condenser etc and re-assembling, and connecting/refixing of fans in its original position by providing new GI nut bolt, lock washer and lock/split pin complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. NOTE: (i) Rewinding and replacement of defective parts, Painting etc shall be measured and paid seperately (ii) Burnt out fan shall be kept separately and to be repaired (rewinded) in workshop/ AGE E/M yard and to be hanged in existing position after rewinding.

M & L Painting of ceiling fans/Exhaust fans/Pedestal fan/Wall mounted fans complete, in situ with synthetic enamel paint by spraying including filling cavities with filler, one coat after cleaning all dust etc as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- If required synthetic enamel paint two coats it has to be done to remove the stains and to bring the proper finishing.

Supply and fixing 'U' clamp for hanging ceiling fan in ceiling to be fixed with 3" long anchor fastener 3 Nos for each clamps complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and Fixing ceilling Fan down rod heavy duty as per existing dia and length of 50 cm including brass nut bolts, double waher, rubber bush heavy duty and spilit pin washers etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing blade assy of celling fan of 1200 mm sweep (set of three) in replacement of make and colour as existing as specified and directed by Engr- in - charge.

Labour only for fixing of 25 ltr geyser at new or old location with mounting bracket , bolt , fasteners including taking down of unserviceable from its position at various location and capacities complete all as specified and directed Note:- (i) New geyser suppled by department under Sch -B item (ii) Old geyser to be deposited at MES store yard through RV and RV submitted alongwith FB.

Taking down of Gyser of any capacity any type from exiting position for descaling, removing its accessories removing the scale (white presipated) deposited in it, cleaning the inner tank properly and re-assembling the same and refixing to its existing location with testing for its proper functioning complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs thermostat ISI marked as per existing size, spares of geyser and testing after replacing the defective part for proper functioning of gyser complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete servicing of solar hot water system (solar water heater, flate plate collector type), with cleaning of sluge deposited in pipe line of solar pannel by using cleaning regent, check and repair of pipe line for any leakage, including carring out brazing of copper pipe for leakage, cleaning of glass shell, cleaning of hot water tank, replacement of u/s clamps, adopter, hose pipe including filling of distilled water and coolent in reservior including complete sevicing to keep the plant functional of capacity up to 200 LPD.

(Make:- Bajaj Cat No:-BRDCSL 9 W WW PRO/Phillps/CG/Crompton or as per existing fitting.

S&F LED Flood light fittings of 100 Watts LED with secondary optics made out of pressure die cast housing with IP 66 protection etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and taking down unserviceable fitting (Make:- Bajaj Cat Part No.BJFL 100 W LED I or equivelent in Havells / Philips as approved by GE.) Note : (i) Connection cable from source to light fitting deemed to be included in the item rate. (ii) At location where flood lights are connected through overhead conductor, connection cable from light fitting to overhead conductor is deemed to be incl in the item rate. (iii) All LED flood light shall be properly connected with earth dolly provided with fittings and steel poles. (iv) Contractor has to arrange his T&P for installation of this light inside gymnasium/ squash court or hanger as per requirement and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. M&L Earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 3 mm thick burried directr in ground (Earth pit not less than 3.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 2.5 m below ground level connected to copper strip 20 X 3 mm as earth lead by means of bolts nuts, check nuts and washers of glavanised iron and as shown in electrical plate No 3 connected to earth test point including necessary excavation any type of soil and refilling of pit after placing the electrode with agriculture soil, removal of existing excavated soil upto distance of 100 mtrs. RCC chamber cover plate, wire mess, funnel, test point, 40 mm dia GI protection pipe medium grade and separate pipe of 40 mm dia medium grade GI pipe for watering etc complete and testing on completion. The electrode and lead shall be of copper complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge (Copper strip upto 7.5 RM will be included in the item rate and copper strip beyond 7.5 RM will be measured seperately. NOTE: 1. The unit rate includes for protection GI pipe and watering pipe of 40 mm bore including excavation for earth pit in any type of soil/ disintegrate rock. 2. Contractor has to bring agriculture soil from outside of defence land and fill in earth pit to achieve desired result as the soil resistiviy is very high. 3.The cost of Copper strip of size 20X3 mm from top of earth plate upto 7.5 meter above ground level is deemed to be included in the unit rate of above item.and copper strip beyond 7.5 RM will be measured seperately. 4. All the joints in copper strip and connection with Earth Plate to be welded through brazing and in addition by proving brass nut bolt and washer. 5. Cost of brazing / welding and nut bolts are deemed to be included in the unit rate. 6. Cost includes removal of excavated soil upto a distance of 100 mtrs.

M & L for laying of GI tube medium grade 25 mm bore with all fitting as required at site and fixed to wall and ceiling or laid in floor including connection with existing line complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair for Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed incl 3 Nos 8mm dia 25mm long hexagonal head screws for fixing strips to test point including necessary fixing arrangement to fix test point terminal block in junction box, including taking down unserviceable ones, complete all as specified and directed.
