Providing and laying in position of reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All work upto plinth level

Providing and applying tack coat (manually) using hot straight run bitumen of grade 80/100 including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per specifications (incl. cost of Bitumen) including all leads, lifts and carriage complete.

On WBM @ 0.75kg/sqm (new surface)

Providing and laying 2.0cm premix carpet surfacing (manually) with 1.8cum and 0.90 cum of stone chippings of 13.2mm and 11.2size respectively per 100sqm and 52kg and 56kg of hot bitumen per cum of stone chipping of 13.2mm and 11.2mm size respectively incl. a tack coat with hot straight run bitumen incl. consolidation with road roller of 6 to 9 tonne capacity etc. complete (tack coat to be paid for separately) with paving asphalt 80/100 heated and then mixed with solvent at the rate of 70grams per kg of asphalt. (incl. cost of bitumen) including all leads, lifts and carriage complete.

Providing and laying of seal coat of premix fine aggregate (passing 2.36 mm and retained on 180 micron sieve) with Bitumen using 128 kgs of Bitumen of grade 80/100 bitumen per cum of fine aggregate and 0.60 cum of fine aggregate per 100 sqm of road surface including rolling and finishing with road all complete. (including cost of Bitumen)

Disposal of mulba obtained from removal of garbages, cleaning of drain etc by mechnical transport including loading / unloading and carriage complete fof an av. Lead upto 15 kms.

Carriage of material by Mechanical Transport including loading / unloading and stacking at site complete.

Stone aggregate below 40mm nominal size average lead 10.0 Km

Crusher Dust / Sand for average lead 10.0 Km
