SPECIAL REPAIR TO BUILDING NO T- 48 (DWO) AT AFAC COIMBATORE

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, ceilings, etc including racking out Joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Rendering with WPC in CM 1:4, 15mm thick on othe than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces all as specified and directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately

Material & Labour for Rendering in CM 1:6, 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for applying two coats of cement base paint over primer on newly plastered surfaces of walls including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour prepation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of distemper oil-emulsion over a coat of primer over 3mm thick wall care putty on wall on wall all as specified and as directed .

Supply only Intergral waterproofing compound

Material & Labour for Rendering in CM 1:3, 5mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces on ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying three coats of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for providing anti-termite treatment (post construction) of voids in masonry using chemical emulision one litre per hole at 300 mm intervals including drilling holes at 45 degree and replugging them with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand ) to match the existing floors. (Note : work executed by specialized agency who is active member with Indian Pest Control Association)

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment from old wall surfaces and finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade over priming coat of exterior primer all as specified and directed. (Height of bldg upto 15 mtrs)
