Amount

1) Preparation of Detailed Project Report (DPR) The DPR shall include complete job as details given below:- a) Preparation of lay out/Architecture & Landscape Plans keeping in view the de-velopment plan provision, site location, parameter like catchment area, wildlife sanctuary etc & other applicable rules, regulations & policies. b) Preparation of full landscape design including construction drawings, design de-velopment, schematic design and observations construction. c) Preparation of sites zone planning with woodland, Urban Forest, Area planning, entry area design, project signage. d) Sustainable design includes conservation of energy system, sustainable interior finish, water harvesting and gray water recycling system planning. e) Interior finish/material details. f) Lighting design which includes landscape lighting and fencing. g) Parking planning and design. h) Service and logistical planning design i.e. Study & preparation of Drawings & Design of Rajiv Gandhi Park, Sector-1 MDC, Panchkula up to Sukhna Lake Connection, Chandigarh Sukhna Rivulet Landscape, Wildlife observation Towers and Hillside Walking Tracks and the facilities created there in. i) Understanding and evaluating the present Landscape Planning arrangements for Park and surrounding area. j) To prepare the drawings for interior & exterior design work. k) Detailed Drawing and Design for beautification and landscape work of Entry points of the park. l) Preparation of building floor plan, interior elevation, design wall section, building elevation etc.
