Supplying and filling in plinth with Jamuna sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Dry stone pitching 22.5 cm thick including supply of stones and preparing surface complete.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in superstructure above plinth level and upto floor five level, including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) at window sills, ceiling level and the like. Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) upto plinth level with : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Laying Reinforced cement concrete pipe NP4/ Prestressed concrete pipe on First Class Bedding in Double Row: Laying Reinforced cement concrete pipe NP4/ Prestressed concrete pipe for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 but exculding excavation, protection works, backfilling, concrete and masonry works in head walls and parapets: 1200mm dia.
