Note:- All the cable entries should be through proper metallic cable glands only.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured Al conductor cable of size 95 Sq mm, complete all as specified and as directed. Supply and errection of steel tubular swaged poles pole of 9 mtr long type 410 SP-31 complete with CI base plate and final taper plug, bolts, nuts, clamps and screws including enamel painting silver colour and alternate strip of yellow & black colour paint 30 cm in width, writing pole No. alloted by Engineer-in-Charge and GI bend 1.5 mtr long suitable dia, complete all including in above quoted rates.

Dismantling/Taking down old ACSR conductor from LT pole by opening all connections, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6.3mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meter deep below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth strip of size 32 x 6 mm, 7.5m long means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR part I connecting to earthing test point and 40mm dia light grade GI pipe for protection of earthing strip and testing on completion with and including PCC pit in mix 1:3:6 type c1 with RCC 1:2:4 type B-1, 40mm thick cover reinforced with 6mm dia MS bars 3 Nos both ways with lifting hook made out of 6mm dia bar, watering arrangement with funnel and wire mesh and 20mm bore light grade GI watering pipe, common salt and charcoal filling, necessary excavation and earth work, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing Fazilka river sand as in sand cushioning to under ground cable including punning down of sand in layers, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for brick protection cover of UG cable by old size bricks common burnt clay building bricks sub class `B’ laid dry and flat abutting each other with width equal to length of brick and gap between adjacent brick not exceeding 10mm, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 80 mm galvanized steel tubing light garde (ISI marked) protection of cable fixed to pole/walls or laid in floors, road crossing ducts with all necessary fittings and fittings and fixed with clamps, bolts, nuts and washers etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 50 mm galvanized steel tubing light garde (ISI marked) protection of cable fixed to pole/walls or laid in floors, road crossing ducts with all necessary fittings and fittings and fixed with clamps, bolts, nuts and washers etc, omplete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for foundation of pole/stay/strut etc, omplete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for pole pedestal (PCC) including necessary form work etc, omplete all as specified and as directed.

Make bore to road width for providing GI pipe 80 mm medium grade both end socketed for passing armoured cable complete all as specified.

Make bore to road width for providing GI pipe 50 mm medium grade both end socketed for passing armoured cable complete all as specified.

Supply and laying Un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover,class HVP, Type 1 with peak, size 300 mm x 180 mm x 40 mm, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply , laying & testing PVC insulated, PVC sheathed cable(Heavy duty) with stranded copper conductor of size 2.5 sqmm,2 core,1100 volts grade, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix PVC Sintex box (200mm x250mm) having 04 Nos of aluminium bus bar mounted on insulator with the help of nut,bolts, clamps including single pole MCB of 6 amps, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Taking down of LT UG cable of sizeupto 50sqmm & Bricks from site, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for shfiting/ Relaying of LT UG cable of size upto 50sqmm & old bricks obtained from above site, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for taking out concrete poles/struts, any size including taking down of LED street light from the PCC poles, complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- LED street light shall be deposited to MES store yard for safe custody/re-issue.

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of HT 11 KV, 630 A having short circuit capacity 21 KA/3-sec, outdoor suitable, RMU Comprising of 1 No. Fixed type VCB & 3 Nos outgoing Fixed type VCB, all manual spring charging with electrolyte grade copper busbars and all gas filled, robotically welded stainles steel 304 (Non Ferrite Non Magnetic grade) tank with minimum thickness 3±.5 mm, with IP 67 protection. The Mimic board shall with IP2X & outdoor enclosure shall be minimum IP 55 & IP55+ IP3X for cable compartement. Any accidental over pressure inside the sealed chamber shall be limited by the opening of a pressure limited device provided in the rear part of the tank & internal fault IAC AFLR-21kA for 1 sec as per IEC 62271-200 or latest IS. The unit along with Bus-connected, Fixed-type Potential Transformer shall include different modules as described below. Supply intalled commissioning and testing of outdoor HT Feeder pillar box 3.15 mm thick CRCA Sheet weather and vermin proof CPRI approved with copper bus bar 800 Amps suitable for HT cable 11KV 3 core of size upto 95 sqmm including provision of cable entrieswith glands locking arrangements and angle iron frame and legsof 90 cm long using 60x60x6 mm size MS angle iron fixed in floor in PCC 1:4:8 type D2 base of appropriate size including neccessary excavation earth work including fencing with lockable gate, complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing of LED light which retrived from the old PCC pole with bracket,nuts, bolts complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.50m wide and n.exc 1.50m in depth for fdn etc n.exc 10 sqm on plan and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm in ant type of soil complete all as specified.

Removing excavated material (Soil) n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 25cm in any type of soil all as directed.

Supply and laying pipe galvanized medium class including fittings 50 mm dia, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Gate valves of 50 mm bore pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of Run lead joint for 150mm, complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting CI pipe of dia 150mm for insertion of new tees, branches etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for brick masonary valve pit of size 60 cm x 60 cm x 60 cm (internal of chamber) depth of chember to be reckoned from the top of PCC in foundation to top the MS cover as 60 cm and including MS sheet cover fabricated from 3.15 mm thick MS sheet and frame of angle iron 40 mm x 40 mm x 6 mm with fixing arrangement , hinges and locking arrangement and painting two coat of synethetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on MS cover and frame , inlcuding necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil , returning , filling in approved soil disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exc.50 mtr , 150 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation , brick work in cement motor (1:6) 15 mm thick plastering in cement mortoar (1:4) (both internally and externally) complete all as directed.
