Overhauling the Centrifugal Pump set by dismantling the pump set opening, cleaning, greasing including replacement of spare parts and re-assembling after repairs including all required metalling, grinding, etc., transportation, reinstalling back to position and testing complete for 60 HP to 125 HP Pump sets of various types such as DSM 100/36, DSM 5 B, DSM 150/45, DSM 125/40, DSM 4x5MN/DBHS complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Notes : (i) Minor spares such as gland packing, gaskets, nuts, bolts, grease, various rings deemed to be included in the quoated rates. (ii) Major spares such as shafts, bearings, impellar, throught bush, coupling, rings will be measured and paid seperately under respective items of Sch 'A' as supply only.

Material and labour for disconnecting the electrical and mechanical connection of burnt electrical motor from the site / location including transporting to and from to work shop including rewinding of electrical motors by dismantling and removing the burnt out copper winding wire, cleaning the slots of stator completely and winding with polyster based super enamelled copper wire of same gauge of original one with 'F' class of insulation including varnishing and heating the coil and remove air bubbles complete stator/rotor after rewinding reassembling all parts including reinstalling connection to original position and testing on full load complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge for different capacity of motor as per following:- Note :- Bearings required to be replaced shall be measured and paid seperately as supply only. (a) 3 HP to 5 HP three phase monoblock motor.

(b) 7 HP to 10 HP three phase mono block motor.

(c) 75 HP three phase induction motor.

Material and labour for disconnecting the electrical and mechanical connection of Air blower from the site / location including transporting to and from to work shop including overhauling, servicing by cleaning and greasing complete in all respect including replacement of worn out / unserviceable parts and re-assembling after repairs re-installing back to position and testing complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Notes : (i) Minor spares such as nuts, bolts, grease, various rings deemed to be included in the quoated rates. (ii) Major spares such as rubber belt, impellar will be measured and paid seperately under respective item of BOQ as supply only.

Supply and fix inner pair copper lugs by cutting and removing burnt copper lugs cables as per site requirement, pressed hydraulically suitable upto 185 sqmm cable, 3 core.complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair Rubber Bush for Pin type coupling for any type of Pump complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair Rubber star/spider Bush and alingment pump set for free run complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Make Love Joy-L-190/170 or equivalent make as approved by GE.

Supply and fix in repair Rubber Pad bush coupling for pump set upto 125 HP complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Make :- Love Joy 225 or equivalent make as approved by GE..

Supply and Fix CI Sluice valve 150 mm bore with and including stainless steel spindle PN-I ISI marked IS No.14845-2000 including jointing material nut bolts packing all as per site requirement even machining work if required including Dismantling / disconnecting old unserviceable sluice valve assembly complete by removing old nut bolts packing sheet etc and all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Make : Kirloskar / Venus / BIR/Kartar.

Supply and Fix new CI Sluice valve 200 mm/225 mm dai bore with and including stainless steel spindle PN-I ISI marked IS No.14845-2000 including jointing material nut bolts packing all as per site requirement even machining work if required including Dismantling / disconnecting old unserviceable sluice valve assembly complete by removing old nut bolts packing sheet etc an complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Supply and Fix in repair CI Non return valve with by pass arrangement (if required) having size of 150mm bore dia, both ends flanged and nepron ball including necessary rubber insertion packing, MS nut, bolts, minor addition alteration at site requirement if any complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Material and labour for cleaning of water storage tank above / under ground sump by draining out complete water, scrapping the inner walls of tanks with wire brush / brooms, for removing the fungus, algae, soil, sludge mud etc complete including rewashing the inner walls of tank with fresh water to ensure complete cleaning including painting with one coat of water proof antifungal epoxy paint and writing on the outer walls of the tank with synthetic enamel paint the date of cleaned, due date of next cleaning for reservior of following capacity complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge :- Notes : (i) Expandable items such as wire brush, brooms cleaning chemicals deemed to be included in the quoted rate. Supply and fix in repair load changeover switch of rated current 600 amps capacity, 415V, 50Hz, C-line direct handle F1 open execution in existing panel complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. , Make : L&T/Simens/ABB/Indo Asian/ C&S.

Supply only orthotolidine regeant agent solution for determination of residual chlorine content of chlorine in water in 500 ml of bottle complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only calcium hydroxide hydrated lime slaked for PH adjustment and softening of water suitable for drinking purpose complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only Ferric Alum grade -II complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only alum crystal complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Note for item No 56 and 57: Certificate to this effect that alum is suitable for drinking water treatment as disinfectant.

Taking out the submersible motor from borewell and lowering down after servicing/overhaulling by strip opening and assembling provide proper installation and serviceable in all respects, the submersible pump set of any capacity upto 7.5 HP including re-winding of the motor with and including same gauge and weight of PVC insulated copper conductor including renewal of thrust plate reassembling testing and commissioning complete and scrapping of the existing paint and applying two coats of anti corrosive paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling after diconnecting of all electric connection of soft starter of any make and capacity upto 125 HP and sent to authorised/manufacturer workshop for servicing, repair and testing and replacement of all unserviceable parts whichever required to make it serviceable in all respect including programmeable card as per recommendation of manufacturer and will be brought back to pump house and refixing/reconnection of electric connection in its original position and testing and commissioning with full load complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Material and labour for disconnecting the electrical and mechanical connection of Declibac dozing pump from the site / location,cleaning of dozing tank after removel of pump and motor from its top and pour the water and chemical after cleaning/dryness of tank and reconnection of electrical and mechanical connection, commissioning and testing complete including replacement of demage/worn out spares complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Spares/parts which are required to be replaced will be paid separately under respective item of schedule 'A' as supply only.

Note : (i) The sand shall be brought from Godhra or Hubli river source and certification from supplier that the material is fit for use as a filter media alongwith test certificate shall be produced by the contractor alongwith the paid vouchers.

Material and labour for routine maintenance consisting of normal repairs with periodical routine maintenance and testing of DG set complete (i.e. Engine, Alternator etc) under GE (I) R&D Pashan including all consumables materials like cotton, waste cloth, kerosene oil. Maintenance will be carried out as and when ordered in writing by Engineer-in-Chagre, complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge comprising of maintenance as following :- (a) Change engine oil. (b) Check clearance of suction and exhaust valves and adjust if required. (c ) Changing of oil filter, fuel filters, screen filters, any type. (d) Changing of water filter. (e) Topping up of coolent. (f) Change of Hydraulic governer oil.(g) Tightening of all nut bolts (h) Greasing of all points (j) Checking of any leaking in fuel and oil lines. (k) Cleaning of fuel tank by taking out the dirt and sludge, cleaning the tank thoroughly. (l) Replacement of battery terminal made of Brass with necessary brazing to cable & hoses any type. NOTE 1 : DHPP (N), required at the time of maintenance / testing will be issued under Sch "B" 'Free for filling'. 2) Labour charges for dismantling / taking down and replacement / refixing new parts as and when required is deemed to be included in unit rate quoted. 3) : Spare parts like filters any type, coolant, battery terminals, rubber/ hydraulic hose, oil any type will be measured and paid separately as supply only. Others spair parts required to be replaced shall be measured and paid seperately as supply and fixing in repair under respective item of BOQ. Disconnection of existing water storage tank of Capacity from 500 Litres to 1000 Litres , PVC/RCC tank at 3.0meter height and above, removal of water if any from the tank and cleaning the bottom and internal periphery of the tank by using wire brushes to remove the Mud, Algae, fungus etc without damaging the water tank and finally rinsing the tank by using chlorine/bleaching powder/altoc GP or any other similler type of disinfectent chemical as directed by Engr-in-Charge and re-fixing in the position complete all as specified or as directed at site. Note : Date of cleaning shall be written after cleaning in DD/MM/YY formate with synthetic enamel paint after removing the earlier date if found exisitng.
