Suppy, installing, connecting, commissioning and testing of energy effficient transformer (level 3 of IS 1180 as per latest amendments of 2014) of capacity 315 KVA indoor type, mounted on four wheeled moveable trolley step down 11/0.433 KV, core type oil immersed, copper wound, natural oil cooled with external cooling tubes/radiators, having 3 phase 50 Hz AC supply, DYn-11 design, off load tap changer on HT side to vary secondary voltage ±7.5% in steps of 2.5% as per IS 1180 (Pt-I to III) with all standerd accessories including cable box on HT & LT side, including first filling of new transformer oil (of di-electric strength not less than 60 KV) upto required level in conservator tank , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. with and including the following :- (a) One No 100 mm dia, dial type thermometer with resetting device vapour pressure type having range 0 to 120 degree centigrade. (b) Rating plate and terminal marking plate. (c) Two earthing terminals for body earthing and two additional for neutral brought out on a bushing. (d) Oil level gauge with max & min level marking. (e) Oil filter valve. (f) Oil drain valve. (g) Lifting hooks. (h) Oil conservator with filling hole and cap.

(j) Air relief valve plug. (l) Earth bushing for neutral outside the LT cable box for providing independent earthing for neutral. (m) Clear view type silica gel breather with first fill of fresh bluish color silica gel. Note :- [a] The transformer should be as per level 3 of IS 1180(2014) and energy conservation (Energy conservation Binary Corps) for which necessasry test certificate to be produced by contractor from manufacturer of the transformer. [b] Four wheeled moveable trolley shall be measured and paid separately under respective item. [c] Pre dispatch inspection of transformer shall be carried out by the Rep of Accepting officer. All factory inspection arrangments will be co-ordinated by the contractor. [d] Transformer shall be tested and commissioned by SEI after installing at site.All the T&P,testing equipments required for the same shall be arranged by the contractor and unit rate quoted will be deemed to included the cost of the same.

Supply, installations, commissioning and testing of Eco friendly Diesel Engine driven generating set silent type with manually ON/OFF system conforming to CPCB IV conditions/ norms or latest conditons/norms at the time of acceptng the tender, 250 KVA or higher rating as per BS 5514, 04 cylinder inline 4 stroke cycle, water cooled turbo charge at 1500 RPM, 415V (AC 3 Phase, 4 wire system of supply) 50 Hz at 0.8 power factor directly coupled alternator and engine, mounted on common base plate of rigid fabricated mild steel frame platform with floor mounted fuel tank of suitable capacity (minimum 12 hours capacity of consumption) and including all excavation, PCC foundation, anti vibration pad, dampers including standard control panel other accessories as per manufacturers design. The generator set should be fitted with integrated acoustic enclosure manufactured by the OEM of the generating set . The generating set and acoustic enclosure shall confirm to emission norms and noise level. The acoustic enclosure shall be type tested and certificate obtained for the type approved from approved agencies listed in government notifications. Specification of DG set shall be as specified and comprising of the following:- a) Engine (Prime mover):- Diesel engine vertical type of adequate capacity for 250 KVA alternator , 04 cylinder inline, 04 stroke cycle, water cooled turbo charged, at 1500 RPM under NTP conditions of BS : 5514, compression ratio 18.3:1, 12 Volts/24 Volts electric battery start (Qty of batteries & AH capacity as per OEM), complete with fly wheel and all standard fittings, fixtures as per manufacturer instructions including suitable engine control panel / dash board with electronic tachometer, lubrication oil, temperature and pressure gauges water temp gauge and frequency (digital type) including safety automatic shut down in case of fault such as high water temp, low oil pressure, over speed etc including self starter, alternator, V belts, fuel tank, oil sump with first fill of new lub oil and coolant

(as applicable) etc complete all as specified and directed. The engine shall be capable to run the alternator at an capacity of 10% overload of the rated capacity for minimum 01 hour. (b) Alternator :- Alternator AC, 3 phase 415V, 4 wire rated line current form output 250 KVA, PF 0.8 1500 RPM, confirming to BS 5000 directly coupled with above engine. The alternator shall be brushless type, screen protected, revolving field, self exited, self regulated through an AVR. The alternator has the following features:- (i) + 0.5% voltage regulations (max) in static conditions. (ii) IP 23 protection with insulation class H (iii) Permissible overload of 10% for 01 hours in 12 hours of operation. (iv) Anti-vibration pads for mounting engine and alternator assembly on the base frame / plate or as recommended / provided by the manufacturer. (c) Base frame made out of structural steel as per manufacturer’s recommended design / specifications. (d) Acoustic Enclosure Provision of an integral type approved/ certified acoustic enclosure. It shall be made of 16 SWG or manufacturer’s standard norms out of CRCA sheet with powder coated finished on outside and provided with non-igniting fire retardant foam as acoustic material of suitable thickness and perforated sheet of stainless steel as per manufacturer’s design. The doors and glass window shall be as per manufacturer’s design. The base frame shall of ISMC. It shall also include the following:- (i) Silencer, suitable exhaust , residential grade silencer to reduce the noise level. (ii) Internal wiring with PVC copper cable FRLSH in conduit for light and fan point lamp fittings including lamp.

Material and labour earthing leads of length 15 mtr made from 70 sqmm heavy duty single core PVC insulated stranded copper conductor cable with suitable eye type copper legs on each end complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavyduty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts Earthed, grade cross sectional area 95 sq. mm 3 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour four wheeled steerable trolley fiitted with and including four nos tyres of suitable size and fabricated from MS sections of suitable size complete with parking jacks 04 Nos, towing hook, suitable channel frame for chasis to bear a load of appx 3000 kgs suitable for mounting 315 KVA transformer and control panel etc complete including side railing made from 25 mm dia medium grade MS pipe and hight not less than 750 mm on all sides and incl painting work with two coats of approved shade best quality synthetic enemeelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and directed. Note - Design and specifications of the trolley shall be got approved from the accepting officer before placing the order for manufacturing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation,commissioning and testing of outdoor type double door floor mounting enclosure of size not less than 600 x 600 x 400 mm having locking arrangement , fabricated from 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet dully powder coated with legs of suitable length made from 50x50x6 mm angle iron suitable for 415 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire , 50 Hz complete with 630 amps 50 KA FP 415 volts MCCB with adjustable thermal & magnetic release complete all as specified and as directed.
